海灣舒適酒店(Comfort Inn by the Bay Hotel San Francisco)

該位置是完美的。步行即可到達著名的 PIER 39 和其他碼頭。也靠近著名的纜車位置（從一端到另一端大約需要 45 分鐘）。 酒店有停車場（需付USD 30/天）。建議採取這種做法，因為舊金山的街道對於汽車停在街道上過夜並不安全。 早餐是標準的。每天的房間價值是值得的。

Muito bem localizado, mas a limpeza é um ponto que necessita ser melhorado. Aquele conceito de limpar todos os dias os quartos já não existe mais e no nosso caso foi realizado apenas uma vez. Não considero essa economia como sustentabilidade pq o hotel tem carpete muito antigo e banheira e isso por si só requer preventivamente mais limpeza e cuidados com umamboa higienização.

Hôtel finalement plutôt bien placé et en dehors des « zones de chaos » et d’insécurité du centre ville. Climatisation (chaud et froid) en panne : signalée à la réception mais sans effet correctif. Par ailleurs, la ventilation de la salle de bain est totalement inefficace générant après la douche, un niveau d’humidité extrêmement désagréable et une condensation infernale sur la baie vitrée. Deux ascenseurs (seulement) qui génèrent beaucoup de temps d’attente et conduisent à recourir à l’escalier de secours. Tarif de parking annoncé à 30$ par jour sans les taxes. Résultat après deux nuitées, le parking revient à 72$ au lieu des 60$ escomptés. Bilan global du séjour plutôt positif en terme de rapport qualité/prix.

Overall, save your money and find a clean hotel. This hotel needs major maintenance and renovations. The rooms are dirty, coffee machine is in the washroom. Parking is terrible and expensive. I had my wife and daughter with me. This hotel didn’t feel safe

Hotel was ok, nice rooms and basic breakfast also ok. BUT for some reason they reserve a deposit that isn't released when you leave. For us, three pensionists and a student, they still hold $500 for 3 rooms and 2 nights. All paid for in advance the 19th of june. Today the 26th of june theyre still holding the money. No other hotel behaved in this manner during our 12 day trip to California in june 2023. Are they using my money to get interest from the bank? Why deposit, when all is paid up front. We're not a hardrock group known for trashing hotels. IF YOU TAKE A DEPOSIT, PAY US BACK WHEN WE LEAVE.

The stay in Comfort Inn was good. The staff were very helpful, especially the young gentleman. Only one issue, the room was classed as 3 adults and wrongly we took it at face valve but the room was not for 3 adults of the same gender. We took the offer of a folding bed but had to pay around 35 dollars a night. Overall, it was a good experience and would recommend.

Parking garage was next to impossible to drive in. Parkimg was $30 a day. I will always maintain parkimg should be free. Fees are liked by nobody and the system needs to change

Check in was beyond great. She was so helpful. Giving ideas of where to go and what to see. And she even helped me figure out how to pay my toll. So so happy with the service. Gf df options for breakfast would be great.
