得里斯科酒店(Hotel Drisco)

This was a big treat for us. Situated in the upscale neighborhood of Pacific Heights, this hotel provides exceptional hospitality. Street parking is easy to find and feels safe, though one should always be cautious -- don't leave visible items in the car and, of course, keep the car doors locked. Beginning with a warm welcome at the reception desk and, assuming you arrive in the afternoon, hot beverages and cookies, one feels immediately at home in a peaceful surrounding. Our room was well-appointed and every need was addressed. A welcome plate of fresh fruit awaited us; the mattress was super-comfortable. There was a choice of pillows, luxurious toiletries, a bedside water bottle, closet amenities, such as shoe horns and beautiful hangers. The soft colors of the room and the view towards the San Francisco Bay enchanted us. We wanted to watch a classic holiday movie, so a member of the staff brought us a DVD player and set it up for us. We opted to skip dinner after enjoying sumptuous hors d'oeuvres and exquisite, local wines during the early evening. At breakfast we enjoyed a cooked-to-order hot breakfast, fresh fruit, delicious coffee and pastries. Very simply, it was for us a holiday treat and a memorable stay. We're actually native San Franciscans, but no longer live in The City. We highly recommend The Drisco Hotel for an amazing San Francisco experience.

The Drisco is above and beyond my expectations of a boutique hotel experience. From arrival, the staff is helpful and welcoming. The amenities are exquisite. Heated floors in the bathrooms, the very best bathroom amenities, beautiful linens and turndown service each evening. The Dining Room serves a delicious continental breakfast in the mornings that is included with your stay. The Sitting Room has coffee and tea service 24 hours a day and there is a wine hour in the evenings. I have not been able to stop talking about it since my stay and will not stay anywhere else in San Francisco from now on. Event the most upscale hotels, in my opinion, have not yet recovered from the pandemic from the perspective of customer service. The Drisco is NOT one of them.

Hotel Drisco is a beautiful and elegant property in Pac Heights. Rooms are very well appointed and have modern yet classic feel. Great breakfast and afternoon drinks / bites offerings. Lovely sitting area with water/coffee/tea service throughout the day. The gym is small but very well maintained. Staff extremely personable and attentive.

Hotel Drisco has made it their priority to make their guests comfortable. Check in was fast and pleasant, the room was spotless, breakfast included the finest quality food and the tea was the best I have ever tasted. Hotel Drisco will be the hotel we stay at every time we visit our daughter.

Hotel Drisco was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to San Francisco. The area was beautiful and the complimentary morning transportation allowed us to easily get where we wanted to go. The room was luxurious with a comfy king bed, large bathroom and turn down service with yummy chocolate shortbread cookies! The nightly wine/hors d’oeuvre reception was delicious…in fact it was our dinner a few nights! Breakfast was delicious as well with lots of options including made-to-order omelets. Everywhere we turned there were such nice touches…..glass water bottles with filtered water, bathroom toiletries, a little goodbye present on our doorknob as we were leaving. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We were well taken care of from the moment we checked in until we reluctantly checked out. We will be back Hotel Drisco!

This is our favorite boutique hotel when my Husband and I pop up to the City for an overnight or a weekend. Not only is it located in lovely Pac Heights, but it is quiet, beautifully appointed, and within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants on Union Street and Fillmore, and the Presidio. At Christmas time, the Hotel feels magical with it's gorgeous Christmas decorations. A delicious breakfast is included and you couldn't want for more in selection and options. Enjoy if you go!!

Hotel Drisco is beautiful and well located, employees are nice and willing to help. We had little trouble with the heating system in our room, they solved it changing us to an upgrade room at no extra charge. The rest of our stay was outstanding with so many details to us.

A truly civilized experience in the midst of the Pacific Heights district of San Francisco. The happy hour is delightful and the breakfast if 5-stars. The staff is attentive and thoughtful while the complementary parking and car service are just examples of the little things that set this hotel apart. Would definitely recommend escaping to the Drisco over options downtown or the Warf!

Hotel Drisco is a lovely experience! Located at the very top of Pacific Heights it is in an old mansion with beautiful views of the city. The hike up the hills balances out the delicious breakfasts and wine hour they host Staff is friendly and hospitable and service is spot on. I have been a guest at several of the best hotels in SF and Hotel Drisco is my favorite hotel experience in the city
