舊金山市中心凱悦嘉軒酒店(Hyatt Place San Francisco/Downtown)

由於位於甲骨文球場前，流動人口較多，相比舊金山其他地區相對安全。房間很乾淨，住得很開心。附近步行即可到達Safeway，買菜很方便。早餐有點令人失望，但很高興有友好的工作人員。

Hotel direkt am Ballpark, mit Haltestelle für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Chase Center ca. 20min zu Fuß erreichbar. Empfang freundlich. Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber. Frühstücksbuffet umfangreich, täglich wechselnde Auswahl an Rührei, Pancakes und French Toast, Obst, Buritos zum selbst zusammen stellen etc. Würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

My son and I were there to go to a baseball game, location excellent to the ballpark. It’s very expensive for “just another hotel“… Their breakfast set up is very good, but unexpectedly they have no parking. you have to park in a parking garage which is actually very close, but it’s hard to believe a hotel in San Francisco , where there is very little parking , would not have parking.

This hotel is amazing and perfect walking distance for Oracle Stadium! Also perfect is there is a bowling alley and Taco Bell right across the street and a roof top bar at the hotel, as well as one in the main lobby. They are great and offer early check in. We went on a busy rivalry-game weekend and the staff was nothing short of helpful with helping us navigate parking and places to explore.

We had a great stay and the staff were incredibly friendly. They gave us each (4) a water bottle at check-in and even offered us more when I mentioned my husband’s status with Hyatt even though this one wasn’t booked directly with them. Breakfast was great and they did an awesome job at keeping everything stocked even though it was really busy. The fire pit was on for breakfast too which made it feel like an upscale hotel. Overall highly recommend this hotel

there was a lot of built up black gunk / mold in the sink overflow drain, the shower grout was also moldy in multiple spots, the couch had old grease stains, and the comforter was a thin, old down duvet insert with feathers coming out. it wasn't encased in anything, just wrapped up inside a blanket and the top sheet. the front desk employees were really nice and helpful, the hotel was centrally located and it was easy to get around the city from there. there are MUNI stops within walking distance at King & 2nd or King & 3rd. the bed was comfy and we were able to adjust the AC to our liking. the mini fridge was very cold. there were only two drawers for clothing inside a small wardrobe which was not enough space for myself and my fiance to store all our clothes honestly. the patio on the 9th floor was windy and chilly but had a nice view and was a good place to take a moment to breathe and be away from others. breakfast is crazy busy in the morning, it's okay food but I don't think we'd do it again and would rather just eat out for breakfast. it was basic breakfast food, sometimes stale or cold. it's only from 6:30-9:30 so if you like to sleep in, just skip it. we were able to store our luggage for free after check out before our flight so we could go around the city without it all. that was a nice benefit. we would probably find another place to stay next time but this hotel wasn't so bad.

We enjoyed staying there very much. Nice room, wonderful staff, great breakfast. What I did not like was outside - example: Taco Bell across the street, where we like to eat sometimes there were no tables or chairs and the streets near by could use some serious clean up. But this hotel is wonderful.

The hotel was fine. While I understand that check in was stated at 3pm I was surprised that I was asked to pay extra US$60 to check in at 11:30am. I stayed a total of 5 nights, the lift broke down a few times. Generally a long wait for the lift as not all 3 lifts work. Overall the hotel is fine, clean with friendly service but for what it offers, it is very expensive.
