月亮旅店(La Luna Inn)

Très déçu motel cher et très très humide c'était insupportable obligé de mettre le chauffage sauf que quand il fait beau on.a pas envie de chauffer la chambre... nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce motel et le matin le ménage n'a pas était fait juste le drap du lit du dessus tiré lit même pas refait. Son seul point positif c'est le quartier qui est super et ne craint pas du tous.

as 2 young adults me and my friend felt SO SAFE and accommodated here. We had just moved hotels as we booked in a rough place in town, so after being uncertain on SF, we came here and the owners/workers were the friendliest people ever! They gave us a map and told us the best places to visit and places to avoid. The room was quite small but big enough for 2 people. It was all spotless and so clean. I 100% recommend this place to stay if you’re going to SF. As two 20 year old women from the UK, this area felt super safe and SOOO close to the Golden Gate Bridge. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. We couldn’t check in till later and we arrived at 10am but they let us check in early and get ready in our room. So so helpful!

We felt deceived as there was no internet here; spotty at times, but never lasted more than 5 minutes. The TV took 3-4 steps to turn it on, and the TWO shower heads in the weak shower have to be used together to get hot water, turning the knob left, not right. The staff were very quick to try to help, but there is nothing you can do when the internet is so bad. No chairs to sit in either, so backaches caused by trying to sit on the bed all night....just not good. FREE PARKING though, & close to the Big Bus drop off.

Poor choice. Had underestimated how far from the centre of San Fransisco. Thank god for the number 28 bus route. The room was a good size and the bathroom was modern. The hotel had been recently refurbished. The Motel was noisy as effectively on Highway 101. The Wi-Fi was terrible. The TV didn't work and when I raised this I was told the maintenance man would come and fix it.. When this had not been done and I raised it again the next night the reception came and reconnected it to the internet which he could have done the night before. The TV guide would not work so had to scroll up channel by channel. Good local restaurants. The only time staff were helpful was when we were leaving for the airport.

Muy buena atencion. En una ubicacion muy buena (cerca del Golden Gate). Asumo que por la zona que es muy cara, los espacios en la habitacion son reducidos. Ademas las camas eras muy duras. Salvo los puntos anteriores, el hotel cumple.

El servicio del personal muy amable y limpieza de cuarto diario los tres días muy bien y tranquilo por las noches.

The lobby and check-in was clean. The room was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. It was Spartan, but very clean.

Everything was pretty good! Room was pretty clean and we were pretty happy with it. The location was very good as well! The water pressure in the bathroom could be better but it got the job done.
