At least there was one free breakfast. What happened.? Well, “Scott” happened. For what it’s worth, at least I wasn’t physically harmed even though the intimidation and forcefulness of “Scott” came through in his energy, face, and attitude. For someone who is 10-year tenured in the Hotel industry, he sure made me feel like my life was not important and worth the conversation as he threatened to end or single out my stay should I had elect (ed) to argue any further about why he was specifically bullying me, yet no one else was.
On top of that, there were spots of blood on the bed. Which I didn’t realize until after last night, which caused me to not even sleep last night. Also, when I went down to check with staff, not a single person was manning the desk. One employee ran into the office and shut the office door when I first went down. Secondly, there seemed to be duel access to my room, as items had shifted while I was out of the room, yet service wasn’t conducted on either of the days I was there.
Why else was I disappointed? Well, the lack of empathy from the staff, or maybe just the hurriedness. People contradicted each other and when I asked for clarity, people would change their minds or answers. It was quite strange. 4 different outlets paid for my room I was told, and at one point one person said I was booked up all the way for November 10th of all days, and then it went to November 4th. It was all just a mess. Not again. See my 02/19/23 friend of a guest review.
