索威斯託酒店(Hotel Sovestro)

Vi abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte quindi non abbiamo usato tutti i servizi a disposizione (piscina, palestra..), tuttavia la struttura è molto gradevole, pulita, personale gentilissimo e ottima colazione la mattina. Abbiamo usato anche il ristorante annesso dove abbiamo cenato molto bene. Decisamente un ottimo posto per un soggiorno e per visitare S.Gimignano.

Siamo tornati stasera dopo aver passato la Pasqua in questo hotel. Posto molto bello immerso nel verde con due piscine (una molto bella, in un giardino pieno di margherite con varie panchine e sedie per sedersi e rilassarsi). É possibile arrivare a San Gimignano a piedi con una passeggiata nel verde che parte proprio lì vicino all'hotel. Colazione ricca con affettati freschi e dolci di qualità. Pranzo di Pasqua ottimo e abbondante, camerieri molto gentili come tutto il personale, ci tengo a dirlo! Camera carina con un bel terrazzino sul giardino. Sicuramente ci tornerei per sfruttare anche le due belle piscine. L'ambiente è molto rilassante e siamo stati davvero bene, complimenti a tutti!

Very peaceful. Excellent location - easy access to San Gimignano and perfect for trips to some wonderful Tuscan villages and towns. Friendly and helpful staff, good quality buffet breakfast, comfortable rooms and great shower (with soap etc. provided). The restaurant serves very good food.

Abbiamo alloggiato 4 gg per il ponte del 25 aprile e siamo stati veramente bene. La colazione buona e fornita bene, le camere ampie e pulitissime personale accogliente e gentilissimo. Situato a pochi passi da San Giminiano anche attraverso un sentiero da fare anche a piedi. Valuteremo sicuramente di ritornarci anche per usufruire delle due piscine. Consigliatissimo

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful grounds with a very nice poo, so relaxing! Staff very friendly, free shuttle to & from San G. There is a back road you can walk, going is a lot harder than coming back. Towels for the pool available at the front desk. The whole place is super clean! Breakfast is a feast, indoor or outdoor seating with a view. We celebrated our anniversary at their 5 star restaurant, which was excellent and not that expensive. Highly recommend making reservations a head of time, well worth it. Our room was nice size with a patio, bathroom was good size. Very clean! Would definitely stay again!

L’ hotel è immerso nel verde delle colline toscane, dove c’è quiete e tranquillità. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, la camera ampia, pulitissima e silenziosa. La colazione è ottima, varia sia di dolce che di salato. Abbiamo ascoltato il loro consiglio per andare a San Gimignano, dall’ hotel c’è una bella passeggiata panoramica di circa 20 minuti immersa nella natura. Volendo mettono anche a disposizione una navetta gratuita. Ci sono due belle piscine all’aperto, una molto grande e l’altra più piccola. E’ stato anche un buon punto partenza per visitare gli altri borghi vicini. Siamo stati veramente bene.

We were lucky enough to stay for 4 nights at the end of August. What a find, our third trip to San Gimignano although we loved the other places we’ve stayed this hotel has gone straight to No.1 It is a little out of town but don’t let that put you off, we’d never walked down the Via Vecchia on previous trips. … wow ! What a photo opportunity of San Gimignano. The hotel provides a shuttle, a quick 5 min drive up to the town, as most have mentioned in other reviews it is easier to walk back.. the via Vecchia is a great Road / path to walk with photo opportunities along the way, need a torch in the evenings but very little traffic and feels safe. The Hotel, I echo the reviews that it is immaculate, the maids clean everyday, rooms and all parts of the hotel until early afternoon. Also groundsman and pool man. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, this family owned hotel has got the right balance of a medium size hotel whilst maintaining a welcoming, personal service. Restaurant- we’re lucky to visit Italy at least once a year, in 15 years this is the best breakfast in Italy, buffet is plentiful, the best coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. I’m gluten free and didn’t miss out, they make their own gluten free bread rolls which were the best I’ve tasted. We ate in the restaurant one night, delicious home cooked Tuscan cuisine, again my gluten free needs were accommodated without question. The grounds, a little mini oasis amongst the olive and cypress trees, two lovely pool areas. We had room 55 on the countryside side of the hotel and it was stunning come rain or shine. Finally we arranged through the hotel for my husband to have a guided cycle ride through Chianti with ex professional cyclist, Daniele Righi. If you’re a keen cyclist book him, my husband loved it, best experience. When we’re next in San Gimignano we will be booking Hotel Sovestro.
