HG 梅諾卡花園公寓式酒店

Très Bon séjour au HG Jardin de Minorca en ce mois d'Avril 2025. La chambre était spacieuse, le balcon agréable avec une belle vue, petit bémol pour le lit king size qui est en fait 2 lits rassemblés et les traces d'humidité dans la salle de bains sans VMC. Petit coin cuisine avec le minimum pour ceux qui veulent se faire à manger. La nourriture est bonne avec beaucoup de choix, que ce soit le petit déjeuner que le diner, avec notamment 1 poisson grillé tous les soirs. La piscine avec ses 3 bassins est magnifique et très bien entretenu mais non chauffé. Toutes les salles, restaurant, bar, terrasse et les extérieurs sont très propres et agréables. Etablissement à conseiller.

Excellent staying, loved the breakfast options. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They also provide transportation services to the beach. I would stay here if I ever visit menorca again

Todo genial desde el primer momento, el personal de recepción super amable y atento. La habitación era muy grande, con una mini cocina, con neverita, terraza y una cama grande y cómoda. El desayuno buffet muy variado y amplio, hay de todo. Hacían tortillas al momento, varias leches vegetales,...muy bueno. El hotel está a unos 15 minutos andando de la playa y tienen una furgoneta que hace el Viaje de ida y vuelta cada 15 minutos. Viaje sola y me sentí muy cómoda allí.

Lovely part of Menorca! The room suelta tad damp upon arrival but it was huge. Breakfast was awesome and a decent gym. Staff was lovely and there is a good shuttle bus which takes you to the nearby beach. I recommend staying here - didnt try the pool as the weather wasnt great but it rather large.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely, and the free shuttle to Son Bou beach is a great service. The only downside for us was the location. The hotel is quite far from the beach, and there is not much to do within walking distance, especially in the evening. However, the shuttle makes getting to the beach much easier. Overall, it is a peaceful and relaxing hotel, and we would give it a good rating.

Good and tranquil location, however the facilities are quite dated (e.g. rusty light fixtures, pealing bathroom cabinets, junky elevator). This does vary between buildings as I noticed the main building (reception area) is newly renovated and decorated. Although the cleaner came in everyday, towels and sheets were not changed (we stayed for five days). Seems like it’s a very basic clean as some spots were missed like surfaces and even the floors (we couldn’t walk barefoot as we’d get stuff stuck to the bottom of our feet). Not huge issues but morewas expected from a 4 star establishment.

Chambre sentant le renfermé et la moisissure, suite à cela nous demandons à changer de chambre. Trois jours plus tard nous changeons de chambre mais la Clim ne fonctionnait pas, même si nous avons averti la réception, personne n’ait passé avant la fin de notre séjour. Le site est entretenu mais sans plus, nous avons mangé 4 jours à une même table qui avait une tâches de nourriture sur la nappe.. Les étoile de l’hôtel ne sont que sur le panneau à l’entrée, passer celui-ci, on les oublie vite.

Un hôtel qui a peu évolué depuis les années 80, les photos ne reflètent pas l'état de l'hôtel, il n'est pas correctement entretenu et désuet. Concernant la chambre, nous étions au RDC il y avait une forte audeur, la climatisation était bloqué à une température et pas très efficace. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, des gouttes d'eau tombaient du plafond dans la salle de bains. Bref, nous étions heureux de quitter l'hôtel !
