Vinimos a Murcia por Asuntos propios y cogimos este hotel por su precio y zona, la verdad que los empleados, sobre todo la chica que está en los desayunos muy amables!! Pero el hotel por barato que sea deja mucho que desear, las habitaciones tienen humedad, tienen suciedad las habitaciones (por lo menos la nuestra que nos toco), y hemos pasado el finde semana con una cucaracha… algo que no ha sido agradable, la verdad que una reforma en las habitaciones sería la bomba! Repetiríamos seguro porque el hotel en las zonas comunes está genial, pero no dormiríamos otra noche más allí ahora mismo sin saber dónde pisas 😕😕

Simply lovely staff Where do I begin? We stayed in the Bahia and had stayed there and the Triana hotel over 10 years ago. Yet the welcome was lovely and they kindly gave us a free upgrade to a balcony room. Turned out the next day the whole place was full with multiple SEN sports groups, yet it was lovely and quiet. The apartment consisted of a bedroom, bathroom and a living/dining/kitchen and of course the balcony which overlooked houses and the sea in one direction and the street in the other. The apartments are the sister building to the hotel, so the facilities are shared. Opposite is a 'Chinese Bizarre' and you are a 5 minute walk from Maxi Dia supermarket. Although you are self catering do give the hotel restaurant a go. E15 buffet for lunch or dinner and E8 for breakfast. We had dinner twice and they brought out crusty fresh gluten free bread for me. There is grill station for fish and chicken. A massive salad choice, lots of different traditional Spanish dishes along with pizza and pasta. Plenty of fruit, desserts & ice cream. Wine and soft drinks are reasonably priced too. Prices in Spain have increased but the Lo Pagan restaurants and bars are reasonable. The hotel bar is frequented by locals and they sell pizzas and sandwiches, shoe football games and large spirits with mixers at E5.50 We went end of may and the pool bar wasn't open, but the unheated pool was. It was cool but not cold and very refreshing! You can hire towels at E10 refundable deposit which they refresh at no extra cost. I left my glasses at the local spa and the staff kindly contacted them and organized a taxi to go and get them. All 3 receptionists were BRILLIANT. Really chatty. The older lady spoke perfect English, the two younger ones were quite as fluent so I got to practice some Spanish with them. Everyone is treated as special which makes this place one I thoroughly recommend. I will be back as soon as I can afford it
