酒店老 破 舊 ，有點嚇人。但前台服務特別好。因為太晚到酒店，外面又下着雨，坐飛機太累了，不想折騰，就半睡半醒住了一晚。

I rate the Valley in Excellent because it is excellent based on what you pay for the room. The soap and shampoo were not the greatest and the room was not refreshed each day of our stay, but it was clean and comfortable and we had no issues. And, because it is less expensive than other places around Santa Clara U, we were able to get two rooms instead of cramming our whole family of 4 into one room. I will say that the Valley Inn is better than the Sterling Inn which is more expensive.

We had a nice 2 night stay at the Valley Inn while dropping my student off at SCU. It is a 2-3 star hotel so don't have expectations for more. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and there is a microwave and mini fridge in each room. Free parking as well. The location is very convenient to a great coffee shop and the University. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a cute quiet cozy place. Clean and plenty of parking spaces! I’d recommend this place. Front counter office people were also polite and prompt to check me in. As a traveler and not familiar with the city I felt safe and confident my car would also be safe. The location was also safe looking and nice.
