帕塞歐酒店 - 青年旅館(Hotel del Paseo)

Suceden cosas raras como que te dan las toallas cuando llegas y las tienes que entregar en la administración cuando te vas. Desayuno incluido poquísimo y deja mucho que desear, levantan la canasta sin excusa a las nueve treinta de la mañana pero si vas a las nueve ya no hay nada Un empleado muy amable, el otro muy hosco..

La habitación y los accesos estaban plagados de cucarachas pequeñas, vivas y muertas, en la ducha no funcionaba el agua caliente, se lo comentamos en recepción ambos problemas, y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Una decepción, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Location was generally good, however, next time I'll stay closer to the city center. Place was very clean and generally clean. Good places to eat nearby. When I arrive the front desk (which I believe was the owner) looked at my confirmed rate in USD, converted it to CR Colons at a bad exchange rate which came back at about 20% more than the confirmed rate on my credit card. Some of the front desk staff only speaks Spanish which wasn't helpful when I tried to ask about getting a taxi "Breakfast" was the most skimpy I've seen anywhere, you got a piece of toast, dry cereal, glass of juice and milk (plus coffee). Some days they had ripe bananas and one day no juice or milk. Street traffic noise was a bit loud. There was a kitchen that was not available for public use.

DO NOT COME HERE. Instead of helping out because I made an honest mistake on hostelworld they took the first opportunity to scam me and steal €40 from me. Upon me asking my money back owner came down and while passing my shoved me against the wall. Had to leave because they were aggressive. These are criminals. Don't come here.

It had great and very fast free Wi-Fi, all staff were excellent and helpful, dorm room great, large own lock needed safe for each bed.

I stayed at this hostel on 8 different occasions in the last 2 years. This was the first time in a private room and was very, very happy with it. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. I noticed that the comunal area on the top floor , however, looked unloved. No more microwave, no more guest fridge. Not a shelf available. Although in the past I have prepared basic meals there, I couldn’t, now. Still an excellent place to spend the night, though. And the guys at reception are just the best!

Great stay! Very nice hostel!

Rodolfo was amazing at front desk- and Memo(sp?)as well. Bed was firm and everything clean. Just a great place to stay! Highly recommend! I missed my bus and hadn’t got a SIM card yet and Rodolfo helped me with phone calls etc. And Mia- the hotel pup is so sweet
