聖克拉拉雅樂軒酒店(Aloft Santa Clara)

The place was a great choice to stay. It was quiet and secluded. I like that this place was also near the freeway so easy access to wherever we needed to go. I thought the parking lot could have been bigger. We had a hard time finding a parking spot when we came back after a late dinner. I would recommend ubering or taking a lyft if you already have a spot onsite.

My visit was fine but it would have been great if the pool was open. This was the main reason I booked at this specific location and when I checked in I was told it was out of service. It was a 3 day holiday weekend and I had already booked ahead online for a 2 night - 3 day stay so that was a HUGE disappointment for me. I would have booked elsewhere had I known the pool would not be available. The rest of the overall experience was fine.

No indication that renovation was being done at time of stay. Room was not cleaned. First nights trash and laundry not cleaned for next day of stay. We left for the day returned at 5:00pm and room still had not been cleaned. Trash in room unclean laundry for the 2 days stay. I am requesting compensation for the entire stay.

Love staying at Aloft! The lobby and rooms are always clean and staff friendly and welcoming. We especially love the fun vibe. Live music on Saturday nights, pool table and fireplace in the lobby area.

We only stayed for 1 night but the whole experience was great. It's close to levi staduim, top golf and right of the freeway. Easy on easy off. We will most definitely stay here again.

We where in santa clara for a cheer comp. I feel that your hotel is a great value. Which is what I look for when we are in Comp season. Thank you.
