So if this was just a rating for the room i would've rated this higher. The first issue i have is the $15/day parking fee. There is nowhere else to park so you're stuck with this fee. It's not like the lot is secured or anyone keeps your car safe. You just get to pay for the privilege of parking your own car in a first come, first served lot and they go around every day and mark whether your car is parked there. We needed to use the laundry room but it was out of service for the entire stay (6 days). The pool was out of service when we arrived and one of the elevators was out of service for a day. There was another elevator but it was on the other side of the complex necessitating that you walk all the way around the building to use it. The hotel is right next to a freeway and has a major street in front of it. Traffic noise wasn't too bad but you can hear it. There is a convenient Target just on the other side of the freeway. It's also very close to Levi stadium which is just one exit further down the freeway. I've stayed at other Homewood Suites before and having a separate living room and small kitchen was nice. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful too. The breakfast isn't bad for a hotel breakfast. Breakfast is only until 9am on weekdays and 10am on weekends. So overall I'm going to rate this property a 3. It could be better but you could do worse too. But the parking fee still sucks.

We had to wait for the room to be checked to make sure it's clean. We were checking in way after our check in time. Not sure how they checked, the shampoo bottle was empty, no liners in the trash and dishwasher had to be unloaded. Everything else was fine. It was a quick stay.

Check in time is at 3 but when we got there around 330, there were no rooms available for us. We had to wait an hour before we could finish our check in. That was the only inconvenience for us. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and apologized many times for not having anything available. The property is very nice and clean. My family and I were able to utilize all the amenities like the pool, the gym, and the game room. It was a very pleasant stay. Would come again if we needed somewhere to stay in the area.

hi Team, i stayed for 1 night. The kitchen area was smelling. The bedsheet and bed cover were smelling too. as it was only 1 night matter and i was very tired from my day work. did not bother to call the staff or service. please do the needful. i had very good experience in seattle location homewood suits stay and thats how i booked the same for san jose stay. thanks
