老聖胡安出租酒店(Old San Juan Rentals)

The location was pretty great! Right downtown Old San Juan. There was a lot of construction going on in the morning on the street we were on so very noisy. The kitchen and bathroom were in disrepair. Not really at all like the pictures in the listings, but then, you don't really know what you are getting until you get there since all listings show pictures of a well appointed large apartment with beautiful furnishings. I will not rent from Old San Juan rentals again.

First time was amazing and service. This time room was dirty and its ashame because the service is amazing and bldg is beautiful. Ill chalk it up to miscommunication and I will go a 3rd time but gotta make sure the rooms are clean.

Nice apartment but will need a little bit more improvements. A/c units should be serviced. A/c in one of the rooms not working properly. Water pressure was horrible, should be improved. One of the sinks in the master was not working. Otherwise it was good.

Too many stairs (should be mentioned) not child safe, dirty hairy dusty floors, mouse feces, super noisy over night unable to sleep, NO A/C

Espectacular apartamento amplio, luminoso, limpio. Solo nos falto menaje el día que queríamos descansar de comidas fuera, solo una pequeña olla y un wok también justo para 5

Lo unico fue la secadora que no funciono. Por le demas excelente

Dejaba muchi que desear eb cuanto a mobiliario y accesorios del cuarto de baño

Me encanto la localización y el apartamento.
