Todo muy limpio y cómodo, pero la máquina de hielo estaba dañada, no habían opciones como nevera o hielera en las habitaciones. Para lograr conseguir aunque fuese agua fria, tenía que ser en el lobby. Creo que al menos la máquina de hielo es algo en lo que deben mejorar. Ya que en las noches los lugares cercanos cierran, reduciendo la posibilidad de encontrar bebidas frías.

La habitación no estaba lista a la hora del check in, tuvimos q esperar hora y media para q nos dieran la habitación, solo nos dieron las disculpas y ya.. faltaron varias cosas en la habitación, como toallas, plancha, etc. Pensé q nos iban a reembolsar algo de $, pero no fue así.

Un hotel acogedor, ubicado en un lugar de acceso rápido a playas y lugares turísticos. Buen ambienté en la habitación.

La habitación estaba súper bien y el trato de los empleados fue muy bueno.

Staff friendly. Air con effective though vane was broken. Nice spacious room. No hot water though when we returned the Saturday night at 7 pm. Ok in the morning

The hotel itself is very nice and the room was indeed very tasteful, clean, and comfortable. The showers are very nice! The only drawback would be the lack of amenities (possibly because they’re under construction). There is no gym or cafe, no breakfast, and for us at least, there was no daily cleaning service. The breakfast wasn’t so much of an issue as there are a couple of cafes very nearby that are open pretty much all day. The location is excellent. Overall, we had a very nice stay for great value and would return!

They communicate very well. They responded to my questions quickly. They sent several messages explaining check in, deposit and key return. Soneone at the desk for our later check in. Room was clean and very well decorated. Nice location and walked on the beach in the morning. Remodeling but was not an issue. Highly recommend.
