阿比達酒店-阿桑德連鎖酒店(Abitta Boutique Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection)

The front desk and everyone at this hotel was extremely nice and helpful. My only concern was the fact that the hotel is not actually the comfort inn and has undergone a name change. I was not informed before I arrived and it really was not a good start to my bday weekend. Hotel was in walking distance to many restaurant and bars however why was I not informed about the name change before arrival and why has Trip.com not updated the hotel name in the site as of 1/24/23 and hotel states name changed in 12/15/22. I believe they do this to lure people into to booking a new without their knowledge.

Esta propiedad está muy bonita. Sencilla, nada lujoso pero acogedora para una estadía familiar, de pareja o incluso solo. La habitación que escogimos era la suite de dos cuartos con balcón y estuvo muy bien, aunque para ir al baño había que entrar a la segunda habitación. No nos resultó problema porque fuimos en familia. El área está muy cerca de muchos restaurantes por lo que se puede caminar. PR es una Isla tropical por lo que la lluvia es bastante común antes o después de un sol magnífico. El cuarto que nos quedamos tenía nevera, microondas y cafetera. El desayuno incluido, aunque sencillo era bueno y preparado al momento. Nos dieron la opción de ordenar a la carta cualquier cosa del menú con $10 de descuento en la alternativa, cosa que nos pareció perfecta. El personal muy amable y atento. Repito, nada de lujos. Pero si quieres quedarte en un lugar que se siente seguro y acogedor este lugar es una alternativa. El plus para mi es que el piso no tiene alfombras sino piso remodelado por lo que da la sensación de limpieza. Volveríamos

The property will serve its purpose for lodging. However, our room smelled damp, the hot tub and laundry was out of service which kinda made it unpleasant for the amenities we were expecting to use on our 4 night stay.

It is not worth the money. We asked for a higher room because of all the construction but was told we had stay on second floor due to *******. The second floor had trash litter on the floor, filled trash bags, boxes in the hallway. The elevator was wet all the time due housekeeping dragging wet linen and such. The pool had cloudy water and needs cleaning. The food was okay but you had to to a cramp hotel next door to get it. The valet service was great but I am no sure it was part of the original bill. There is no parking on the roads due to construction on the roads to left of the building which was flooded due high tide. Also, there was construction on the right so the road was unavailable for parking. They used the tiny courtyard for parking. This place needs updating. It doesn’t match the images portrayed on the internet.

Partner and I got Bit on our last night by bugs… they over charged me then said I had To wait 14 days for my refund…. Toilet wasn’t cleaned properly had poop stains under the seat.. a lot of construction in the area

Well-decorated room, cute but tiny pool area, free beach chairs and umbrellas were a plus (but no towels available when I went - apparently they usually are)

This place was so beautiful! It was walking distance to the beach and everything else you need. It was also close to the airport and Old San Juan. The staff was so friendly. Was an easy check in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

Left early due to roaches and no hot water very unsatisfied with getting charged 1100$ for 3 horrible nights would not reccomend at al
