埃倫西亞別墅酒店(Villa Herencia Hotel)

When I called the date of my reservation to verify entrance they told me they did not have a reservation. After much discussion, they offered me another room of lesser value and have not provided me a credit. I have sent messages and still waiting answer from their management.

This is not your average hotel. Very historic and picturesque. Located in the heart of old San Juan. Loved sitting outside upstairs in the fresh air and listening to the sounds of the city.

No window in the room and it was water licking and dropping for the ceiling all night. No water in the room. Great location though

Beautiful place in a unique location. We love the terrace and being in a historic spot. Hard to get there by taxi from the airport!

Everything about our stay was charming. The hotel is OLD - like real old - but so well decorated. I felt like I was staying in Old-timey San Juan. Despite the old feel/look, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was large and nice. Also, the staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also very close to a church which makes navigating really easy and the church is easy to spot throughout the city.
