good stay. Will use this hotel again in the future.

Personnel agréable et serviable, petit-déjeuner complet. Etablissement très bien placé pour la plage (avec son club privé), les boutiques, les restaurant et les loisirs (plongé et kayak).

Todo muy bien, excelente servicio, me encantó que para la limpieza de la habitación ellos no te tocan en ningún, ellos esperan a tu salga para no molestarte , el personal muy amable , excepto una chica del área del desayuno, se llama wendoli no sé bien , una que tiene trenzas , es la única que siempre tenía la cara aburrida, Joel el chico qué pasa todos los días a ofrecer galletas dulces después del desayuno, muy simpático y amable . El desayuno no tiene mucha opción, pero tampoco es que está mal, Yo le doy 9 de 10 por su excelente servicio.

I liked a worker there named Joe. He was friendly and courteous. .I did like the mildew smell in the room and in the halls. I did not like the sink in the room. First of all , it was too tall and it kept backing up. I reported the issue but it was never addressed. I did not like the breakfast. It had very limited options. I was able to get a bagel one time in the seven days I was there. They don't have turkey options for those who don't eat pork. Also the breakfast was not accessible and the servers were very guarded with the food. I did not like that, it made me feel like I was begging. I did not like the parking accessibility and let alone the price for parking. And lastly I did not like the tiny elevators and having to wait for accessibility. I've stayed at other Holiday Inn express, but this one did not meet my expectations.

The Only thing I liked about the property was the breakfast. It was delicious and the hrs of 6-10 am allows for it not to be crowded. Liked the staff. Disliked the parking if you wanted to be stress free you had to accept their valet parking $25 fee a day. But they were awesome I call for my car and they quickly got my vehicle with no incidents. Laundry, For tjst huge jotel the only have 2 washers and 1 working dryer Wjen you finally get a chance to fine it avsilsnle no laundry soap available for purchase Their little convenient store was 3x over priced and only random stuff nothing like laundry. Rooms were clean zbut strong smell of bleach coming from the hallways.

Very small rooms , bathroom was with hair in the shower went we first got in , Brekfast was ok lot of poor options for food even though the staff were nice. Went we fist got in to our floor the smell was strong and weird like they put too much sanitizer or strong perfume on the hall way . Sorry but this the first time that a holiday in looks like this !’
