Very nice staff love the access to pool, beach and hot pool..Eddy front desk very acco.odating. Rooms are older but good for the money

Such a cute hotel and the staff was lovely.

Older property but very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Walking distance to the beach and several bars and restaurants. Our only complaint was the noise level. Our room was directly under the stairs leading to the roof lounge area. We had people all night stomping up and down the stairs talking loud and making noise. Great stay for the money.

My first trip to Puerto Rico. It was amazing! I loved the location of Wind Chimes and it had such a homey feel to it. It has such a local vibe. I walked to the beach in less than 5 minutes. My only complaints are the sheets were not comfortable- lots of pilling. I, also, felt it could have been cleaner ie. dusting baseboards and windowsills, etc

Not so good. Slooow checkin process. Loud noise next to window down below due to an industrial saw to cut small wood pieces at 8am! Front desk not helping to quiet their employees making these uncomfy noises and denying it was on them. Tried to work out with them but they just did not acknowledge saying it was another property! It was from the first floor just below us! How they will say it was form another property if the people were going and coming from below the same aerial space I was at?! Go figure if you want to experience by yourself. Maybe we were not so lucky today!

There is nowhere to park so you have to drive around looking for a spot and pray you get lucky and find one that isn’t too far away. The staff isn’t excited for you to be there. The one man we dealt with was rude and acted like he was annoyed that we were there. The shower water barely came and I mean barely. No coffee in the room and you can hear everything outside. The beds were hard as a rock. The hotel really needs alittle update. I would not stay there again and I don’t recommend it

The hotel staff did OK. Our room was clean upon arrival. It is a nice property. The downside to not having onsite parking was that is becomes difficult to find anything nearby at certain times of the day or late in the evening. Overall, for the cost, it was a nice stay and has a nice beach and food options within walking distance.

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la playa y con buen acceso a restaurantes. La piscina es exquisita (fría, pero tibia debido al clima), y con la misma llave uno puede ir a la piscina temperada del Hotel Acacia. Los únicos peros: no hay desayuno y el wifi es regular a malo

This was our second time in Puerto Rico and booked Wind Chimes after our experience last year staying at their sister hotel the Acacia and getting to have access to the pool which is beautiful. We had the best time the staff is so nice and helpful. We got there before the 4PM check in time but they held our bags for us so we could get something to eat and shop. They also let us stay and hang out around the pool after we had checked out and our flight was delayed 4 times which was so much nicer than being stuck waiting at the airport. The room was clean and bed was super comfy and bonus our room had a microwave and fridge so we could take leftovers home. The area is amazing! You literally walk up the block to the beach and there are so many delicious restaurants and bars in walking distance as well as a 24/7 market where you can get anything you need. Please keep in mind when you book that this is a locally owned boutique hotel in the middle of the neighborhood not an all inclusive resort so you’re not going to get the same amenities. Sometimes the staff is at the sister hotel up the block so you need to call the number on the sign so someone can come over and buzz you in and a majority of the staff speak English but you should have some patience if someone doesn’t and remember that you are visiting an island that the primary language is Spanish. We absolutely love staying here and will definitely be back! Thank you to Ricardo and the staff for making our stay so wonderful!
