聖胡安拉特拉扎酒店(La Terraza de San Juan)

We stayed for 5 nights, overall it was a pleasant stay. Property has a very nice charm to it although some upgrades and repairs should be considered. Front desk staff were all very accommodating especially Allison!!! She was Very informative gave us great dining suggestions. The cafe con leche at the front desk in the morning was very good and convenient.

We had a great stay. The room was exactly like the picture. The rooftop pool was fantastic, but there is no bar service at the rooftop bar. You have to walk down to the first floor bar then carry your drink back upstairs. The area is very walkable and close to cafes and shopping. They give you an actual key to the room which was fun. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Old San Juan.

Muy bien ubicada en el corazón de San Juan , muy buen servicio y trato del personal , pero el hotel pide a gritos que le den mantenimiento , la piscina está sucia y descuidada , las ventanas con persianas sueltas que dan muy mala imagen , el tv no funcionaba , la decoración del lobby igual , con jarrones de flores muertas y con el agua sucia , creo que con el dinero que hacen podrían ponerlo muchísimo más acogedor

Receptionist very nice quick check in. Con: returning after a few drinks and dining found that there is NO electricity going down a wet metal staircase down to our rooms. Must install lighting and no slip stair thread on the metal staircase. This was unacceptable especially for me with a prosthetic leg

La habitación es antigua, nos la arreglaron solo 1 vez en una estadía de 4 días. No nos dieron el mando de la TV hasta después de dos días. El mando del aire por política del hotel no lo entregan, Por lo que mueres de frío. La habitación súper húmeda y los baños con mal olor. No volvería

The air conditioning didn’t work and impossible to make it fix during the night. We got mosquitos in the room and a group was noisy until midnight. Not really good conditions for spending a sweet night. What a pity!

Todo súper, habitaciones lindas y limpias. Mi única crítica es que la piscina necesita urgente mantenimiento. Estaba sucia, se veía que no le dan mantenimiento como se supone

La propiedad estaba muy limpia, era tipo apartamento me encanto

This hotel is in an excellent location but that’s all it has. The place was not well taken care of. The bar is closed. To change the temp for the AC you need to call downstairs and they then have to go to your room in person to use their remote to change the temp. Apparently people steal the remotes. The bathrooms were dirty and smelled like pee :( They dont even provide tissue paper, or a trash bin in the room. The place has a drip coffee maker but no coffee is provided. It also has a range oven, but no microwave oven. The place gets really dark in the evening.
