We didnt even stay here after reading the reviews. Couldn’t get a refund either. So there’s that.

Yikes! We left immediately. 3:20 pm lady who is NOT bi lingual greeted me with a beer in hand, this place is over a loud bar, walked up about 35 steep stairs, both of us in our 60's no help offered with suitcases, diarrhea splash in toilet, hair and lint in shower, VERY heavy smell of smoke in room, ashtray full of cigs just outside in hallway, fridge not cleaned, only sheets on bed, Christmas decorations on outside entry door and on wall inside we were there 31 Jan, 2 cars which hadn't moved in a long time one had a bullet hole in windshield on drivers side other had human puke on back bumper, no wi fi told having issues someone coming Monday see previous reviews someone else said same thing, no airport shuttle, lady would not give refund was very rude and insisted room was clean but would not go upstairs and look at the room, there is no ocean anywhere near this place, it is an unsafe neighborhood, there is a lot of dumped garabage around this place and across the street ALOT, when we called an uber the first one didn't pick us up it turned around when it got within a minute of the location. I have requested a full refund I took lots of pictures to prove everything.

There was no office. We were greeted on the street and told how to get to our room. The room was on the second floor with a 25 step climb and no one to help with the luggage. No elevator. A gentleman from the bar on the first floor helped us. The room was clean and the beds were fine. There was no remote to turn on the AC. Another person staying there had one and was able to turn our AC on. There is no restaurant only a bar and grocery store on the first floor. Music played in the bar all day until 11 PM and could be heard and felt in the room. The room was inexpensive and a place to stay until we left on a cruise the next day, but I would not recommend staying there, especially if you are older or have problems with steps. This was not what I expected when booking with ********** and should be looked into.

The place was not dirty, just older. The neighborhood was not bad, just be aware of your surroundings. Everything seemed to work ok. Could use a new mattress in Room 6.

No estuve ahí quedándome solo estuve 2 días y me fui a otro hotel me quedé esperando q me devolvieran mi dinero para atrás de los 8 días q me quedaban fue horrible quedarme en ese hotel primavera hospedaje no recomiendo a nadie le pagué a la encargada cuando llegué y nunca fue a limpiar perdí dinero tambn ahí q mal me fue mucho alboroto y no estaba segura xq ni privado es los portones siempre abierto y entraban y salían d allí gente q no se hospedaba buen días q dios los bendiga

Esto no cumple con lo mínimo para ser ofertado como alojamiento. Para no hacerlo extenso no tiene ni tomas para conectar un cargador, ni recepción, solo una cama y dos toallas

Me quede con mi esposo y mi niño de 3 años para ir a los monster truks el lugar queda a 3 minutos de el coliseo. Durante el fin de semana paseamos por todo san Juan solo llegabamos a dormir. El lugar es humilde te atienden personas muy amables. La señora Carmen fue muy atenta durante nuestra estadia y el señor dany de limpieza muy amable. La realidad no tengo queja alguna lo encontre muy bien para el precio. Lugar no apto para personas "changuitas". Lo unico que recomendaria al hotel es que hagan una oficina aparte donde las personas puedan hacer el check in de una manera más tranquila pues si se nos hizo un poco incomodo tener que entrar al colmado para hacer el chek in.

Este lugar es un scam! La propiedad queda encima de una barra. El ruido es insoportable. Es totalmente inseguro y sucio. El dueño no contesta. No se queden en este lugar para nada
