波薩達公寓(Posada Colonial Apartments)

Posada Colonial is a beautiful property, safe and secure, off the main tourist area, but still close enough for those who want to walk to the beach and shopping/dining areas. The apartment was fully equipped to make meals, stayed cool even on very hot days, very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Posada! I just wish we could have stayed longer. Location, hosts, amenities, cleanliness, everything was perfect. Would recommend to others.

Property had all the amenities needed only issue we experienced was that two of the beds didn’t have blankets and it was a cold night . Another thing was that there were roaches even inside the fridge which still makes me cringe other than the it was a comfortable stay

Very clean, great for the cost. Fast response. Had everything air conditioner, stove oven, hot water, they even washed my clothes for me.

The owner was really nice and answered whenever called but where the property is located isn’t that good it’s noisy no washer/dryer in the apartment as it’s stated the owner offers clothing to be picked up and washed by them out of the property. The apartment was clean. The apartment we stayed at had another door going out to the garage that was unsafe. I travel with a special needs child so safety is a must. There were people hanging out in back of my bedroom window I was scared to even look and since we were just there for a couple of hours I didn’t want to bother with that but we could hear everything and it was super hard to sleep. The street when this apartment is located had abandoned houses on the same block. Limited parking but the owner helps with holding spots near the property.

The owner was extremely inviting, communicated everything in real time. The place was spacious- there is great food one block away. Short walk to the beach. You are in the middle of it all yet easy access to the highways to get to other destinations. I loved it. The beds are not soft but I like a hard bed.

We loved the little apartment and were very happy there for the price. The kitchen could have been a bit cleaner though if I actually decided to cook in it and we felt unsafe walking on the neighborhood's at night unless my 6’ 2” son was with us ( me and my three other kids). But easy walk to the beach and we ate several nights at the local cantinas which were about a 5 minute walk

Property was ok, we cleaned some things that were questionable. Tv was in the bedroom only so our guests couldnt watch anything. Coffee pot was broken, fridge was unbalanced, table legs needed tightened, bathroom sink was clogged, there was a broken window, and a broken fan, we fixed all except the broken window. Parking should be assigned when renting the property, i have a broken foot and can't walk long distances and sometimes we would have to park blocks away. We left the property cleaner then when we got there.
