走路去海邊5分鐘吧，周邊都貴，這個價格也就這個品質 白天去周邊逛 有個叫slash cafe 一定要吃龍蝦卷!!!大的不得了，龍蝦賊多！！

I was looking for a stay at a "genuine" motel and this turned out the perfect choice.
Very easy access and parking just off the 101. A friendly welcome for check-in and a spotlessly clean, comfortable room with good facilities (coffee maker, fridge, iron, etc.).
The only let-down was the weather as Pismo Beach was shrouded in mist for my entire visit! But I would definitely book to stay here again if I'm passing - hopefully next time I might get to actually see the ocean!!

Communication via text with office staff was unexpected. Never had such a perfect path of communication before. They really care about your stay. Super friendly staff. Rooms were really cleaned well. Being close to hwy 101,we never really hear any road noise. So much within walking distance. We would recommend a stay here.

The motel may not look much from the outside but the interior of the rooms is quite updated and very clean. The staff is very friendly and check in/out process and notification is made easy with the text message system. It has all the amenities you come to expect. The only minor issue is that the soundproof between the floor is not too good so you can hear your upstairs guest movement easily, but that is to be expected in any old property.

Our stay was ok. The mattress was a little uncomfortable and the room didn’t have enough space to put your clothes in because there was nothing but limited shelves and a few hangers on the wall for clothing. Shower floor didn’t look clean. All in all, for a one night stay, it was ok. The service was great. Very professional, friendly and helpful.

This hotel is ideally located, just steps from downtown. Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable, and the hotel was very welcoming of pets. Great customer service overall. Would stay here again.

We booked a 2 double beds room but one of them was a Queen and the other was really small for 2 adults.
Furthermore, the coolers were really noisy.
Hopefully, the small was small but really clean, as the bathroom.
