Check-In: inexperienced front desk personnel. She said they couldn't accept debit cards and that they couldn't split the hotel charge between two credit cards. At check-out we worked with an experienced clerk who was able to accept payment with a debit card and split it with a credit card. Staffing shortage is a problem. Office staff helping with breakfast service and vice versa. Room: The on-line photo very much influenced my choice of hotel for this trip. It showed an island in the kitchen area that I needed for my work on this trip. There wasn't one and manager said all the rooms were alike. The photo also showed a full 4-burner range with oven, but there was only a 2-burner induction stove-top and a microwave.

I needed to find a place to stay for my mom’s 100 birthday. A cousin had stayed there before and recommended it. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was included and a variety was offered. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

What a lovely hotel! We didn't need a full suite, but we sure are impressed with all of the amenities. Being on the road for a couple of weeks, it is quite nice to be able to have more personal space and get a short break away from each other.

The property was excellent for our needs. We loved the facilities with kitchen and cozy living space. All in all, a wonderful room. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.
