Hotel con un mare e una spiaggia fantastici il migliore probabilmente di Cozumel. Personale gentilissimo, ci ha consentito di restare negli spazi comuni e utilizzare la piscina anche dopo il check out.  Spiaggia privata con lettini sufficienti per tutti, E in ottima posizione, viste le ridotte dimensioni dell’hotel. Lo consiglio senz’altro a tutti

入住體驗非常棒，餐廳員工也特別友善。度假村環境優美，有兩個海灘和漂亮的泳池——酒店餐廳的菜餚非常棒，我們每晚都在那裡吃得很開心。

一般，設施比較老，房間燈光暗，高層房間應該面向大海好些

Good ratio price / quality in Cozumel. Not far from the airport and the main touristic area with taxi. The beach is quite small but the sea is amazing. The morning buffet was delicious, as well as the restaurant in the hotel. Great sunset. I recommend.

Estadia muito boa! O hotel é limpo e iluminado, em frente a uma praia sensacional. Fui para comemorar meu aniversário com minha esposa, filhos e 2 anos e meu cachorro (muita liberdade para animais por sinal), e todos aproveitamos muito o hotel e as dependências. Decoraram meu quarto, com muita gentileza. A Suite Ocean front é algo de perder o fôlego. O hotel é antigo, o quarto tinha algs problemas de manutenção, mas nada que prejudicasse a experiência. O café da manhã oferecido como cortesía é honesto, porém nada a ser exaltado. No geral voltaríamos com certeza.

Initially our room was not very nice- damp bed, broken toilet handle, intermittent hot water and generally tired. However the management did address the issues by moving us to another room. The maids did a lovely job at creating new animals out of the blankets and added flowers on arrival. Unfortunately the first evening meal was a disaster. One main meal was overcooked and served before starter (which was incorrect) and the 2nd main meal was served incorrectly twice. Finally, the front desk resolved some of the issues but no ‘compensation/ token, for the errors was offered.  The following days were better, the breakfast was good and the staff made an effort to make our stay better. Although the hotel needs some renovations it was a chill and pleasant stay. Small beach but sunsets were beautiful.

La instalación se ve antigua pero está bien conservada, el personal es muy atento y agradable, el hotel es muy tranquilo, es ideal para el descanso y el disfrute en familia.

Good relaxing vacation

The location is perfect, with an incredible beach area directly accessible from the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable but suffer from high humidity. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is really good and the food in the restaurant is great.

me parecio bien lo que les falta es que su señal de wifi ya que cadaa rato era lenta y lo demas la comida excelente gracias..
