Had a fantastic stay at this Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection. While most of my entertainment was outside the hotel, the various site restaurants were truly fantastic—each meal was delicious and full of flavor. The food alone was a highlight! The hospitality was equally impressive—warm, attentive, and timely service across the board. The hotel was scenic, clean, and well maintained, and the concierge was especially prompt and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience—I’d gladly visit again!!

The property had many inconveniences. 1. The elevator wasn’t working 2. The beach stunk so bad and you couldn’t swim in the beach. 3. The hotel didn’t inform us about any activities. We missed Lobster feast 4. The key stopped working everything we left the room, we would have to visit the front desk every time we went out of our room and came back. 5. The bed was hard and sheets were stiff. 6. Room wasn’t restocked , and the house keeper really didn’t clean. 7. Ask for a room decor , they confirmed, then cancelled, then we arrived they had us wait until 6pm to check in the room. Alaia was $530 a night a the room was like a box and the hotel had too many inconveniences. I would never go back !

A great experience! Our stay at the Alaia Marriott was fantastic. The staff, food, and accommodations were excellent. Shout out to Elvis, Joe, and Captain Fito for truly great service. The excursions were so nice and well organized. The room was always stocked and clean, and all of the bartenders and servers were so friendly. Truly an impressive experience. We will be back!

On the first night of my stay 8/16, i learned my room was infested with TERMITES (at least 75 visible). A bug crawled on my neck and they were littered throughout the closet (clothes inside). The staff offered to spray because they were at capacity but I requested another room. With the assistance of the maintenance guy I inspected the new room which had the same layout/location (wooden wall attachment) as the termite infested space and unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable sleeping there. I declined the room and slept on the sofa of my friends suite. I was so embarrassed walking the resort in my pajamas. Housekeeping laundered my belongings and I was promised a different room selection for the next day. Due to capacity issues and my stay preference the staff finally put me an upgraded suite on the 18th. At checkout I was issued a refund for $200 which doesn’t even cover the cost of one night. I did not have a room because Alaia failed to ensure my accommodations were up to standard. I should be issued a FULL refund for the two nights I did not have a room. The guests comfort and preference should take precedence when the property is at fault. While it is a lovely resort with zero beach access and kind staff, I feel robbed. I don’t recommend staying here.

Beautiful Luxury resort! Food, rooms, drinks and service were superb. No complaints about it, I enjoyed every bit of it.

The Alaia was amazing! The suite was impeccable with great views, spacious and modern area and a real feel of luxury. Henry at the bar’s drinks were delish and everyone was friendly and helpful.
