Worthless!! Horrible!!!!!! Ripoff!!!!!!!!!!!! I stayed in the Presidential Suite for my honeymoon. American Express booked the room for me. The hotel was informed that this was my honeymoon. There was nothing in my room to welcome my wife and I for our honeymoon. The minibar was empty. There was only one robe in the closet. There was no doorman when I arrived and when I left the hotel. I ordered a steak for dinner. I was told we do not have any steak. I called for room service and was told the menu is on the TV. I checked here was none. I called to the front desk and the sent a person to check and she confirmed there was no menu on the TV. She said she would bring me a menu. We waited 15 minutes for her to return. We ordered the exact same breakfast both mornings and on the second morning the breakfast was different. I called the main hotel number to explain all of this. They offered the following compensation - you can join our hotel club and we will give you 20,000 points for a free night. I told her i don't want to join your club. I called the hotel manager and explained everything. She offered me nothing. Later that day I checked my credit card and was changed $200 for nothing! I called the hotel, asked to speak to the manager and the women put me on hold. I am on hold not 12:48 seconds. INCREDIBLE! HORRIBLE!!

I stayed 1 night only. Rooms are spacious, plainly decorated, comfortable bed. To my surprise the swimming pool was closed. The pool was one of the reasons to book this hotel. I had dinner at the restaurant Bambu, ok sushi rolls, not great. Overall overpriced hotel, more than US$200 per night. No breakfast was included.

Tuve una mala experiencia con mi pareja en la hora de desayuno el severcio al cliente del restaurante nos reclama que no tenemos incluido el desayuno sin a ver verificado con recepción uno viene a lugares de alto calidad, pero no para sentirse meneprecianado talvez por el tono de piel, tuvimos que ir al recepción con el mesero a aclarar que el desayuno si estaba incluido, ni una disculpa nos pedieron por la mala atención y lo incómodo que nos hicieron pasar, la comida tampoco esta al nivel del precio que cobran por la estadía, pedí un chocolate caliente y no estaba incluido en el desayuno. Espero mejoran en este aspecto.

Watching the hotel staff ensure the functioning of the Intercontinental San Pedro Sula’s rooms, spa, gym and three restaurants/bar, is exhausting. A lot of work goes into maintaining the various functions of this aging and comparatively large property. With that said, the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff were the highlight of my two-week stay here. Unfortunately, the same staff accolades cannot be given to the management/ownership of this property. Aloof and not customer service oriented, the management at this hotel (and owner) clearly fall short. For one, the decision to allow construction in and around the restaurant area during dinner time was a poor one. If the hotel had a theme song, it would surely be the sound of seemingly endless construction (this hotel does, indeed, feel like it is constantly being renovated). Each of my dinners (and lunches) were impacted by the noisy construction taking place at the most inopportune times possible. Additionally, I would encourage management to reconsider its strategy with the Executive/Club floor. I stayed on the Executive Floor, which, theoretically afforded certain benefits; many of which were inconsistently available - namely availability of the Club Lounge for breakfast and afternoon/evening snacks. The lounge was often not available for either - perhaps because of a lack of guests (?). In any case, this is an easy way to reduce the value of these room upgrades and I would strongly encourage anyone who chooses to stay here from opting for Executive level rooms. Rooms were standard and kept clean. The Intercontinental San Pedro Sula is probably one of the best options in town, but it could - and indeed should - be so much better.

This may be the worst IHG hotel in the region atleast. My card was charged extra amount and has not been refunded since 45 days at the time of writing this review. The service team is very slow at the hotel. Rooms are greatly overpriced. Adding fuel to the fire is absence of pool and constant noise of renovation. I don’t think I am going to get any refund from this fraudulent so called hotel.

Desde que llegamos teníamos algunas necesidades extraordinarias que nos resolvieron como debió ser, todo el personal con el que tratamos fue muy atento. El hotel está en probablemente en el mejor sector comercial, de restaurantes y centros comerciales de la ciudad.
