Pedí almohadas extra para que subieran a la habitación y la respuesta fue que yo tenía que bajar personalmente a la recepción a traerlas. No se supone que tienen que tener servicio de habitación? Terrible atencion

Recomendado para negocios Personal súper amables, siempre atentos a las necesidades del huésped. Habitaciones súper cómodas. Queda cerca de centro comerciales.

******* sold us a king suit room. We had the room for one night and then we were bumped to another room. Toilet did not work. It was not what we paid for and no refund was offered. We were offered to move to their sister hotel. That is not what we paid for. No hot water.

Todo limpio y bonito pero el desayuno no es muy bueno es algo que le falta mejorar

The room I booked was not the room they gave me and the room they gave me was not comparable to the one I booked. The safe in the room they gave me also didn't work and they said it did. The bar doesn't open until 5pm and theres no room service so if your stuck at the hotel you're kinda screwed until 5. The front desk woman that was there most of the day wasn't friendly with me either. I think it's because I didn't speak much Spanish but she didn't seem to care to make a effort to try and figure out what I had to say or wanted to say either. It seemed like I was just a bother to her. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

The property is cute but ******* is advertising they offer shuttle service to the airport and they dont. This is the main reason i picked the hotel as I needed to be to the airport at 5am. The girl at the front desk also tried telling me my payment didnt go through with ******* even though I pulled up my credit card bill showing that it was paid for. She tried to say I still owed and I told her it was her problem with *******. I wasnt going to pay again. We got dinner at the restaurant onsite. The bartender was friendly and we got good service, but I now have a parasitic worm from the salad I ordered. Ive been sick for 5 days!

Terrible over priced dirty and the double sweet was more like a motel room
