納斯戴爾蘇酒店(Hotel Colinas del Sol)

Al llegar a la habitación, había una fuga en el fregadero, así que el suelo estaba mojado y debimos cambiarnos a otra habitación a pesar de que ya estábamos instalados. En la segunda habitación la mesita de afuera estaba sucia, así como la tasa del inodoro (tenía olor a orines). Al lugar le falta mantenimiento en las zonas comunes, como la orilla de la piscina, que está despintado. Así como los letreros de todo el lugar. No cuenta con parqueo privado, aunque sí hay espacio donde estacionar en la calle. La comida no fue deliciosa, pero estaba bien. Tal vez las porciones podrían ser más grandes. La atención de las 2 chicas de la recepción, muy amable. Una de ellas nos recomendó unas posas cercanas que fueron la mejor experiencia de todo el viaje. Las habitaciones muy bonitas. El detalle de la rueda de carreta, lindísimo y el cuadro también.

Adquirí el pase del día, el cual me pareció muy económico y el servicio que me brindaron fue excelente, el personal muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones son sencillas pero bonitas y el ambiente es bastante tranquilo. Lo recomiendo

Gerne wieder als Zwischenstopp nach dem langen Flug. Aber nur mit Navi zu finden. Man muss über den Hotelnamen in dem Navi suchen.

Excelente el servicio del personal, la comida la sirven rápido con buena presentación, y rica. cabinas confortables y limpias. Un lugar muy tranquilo rodeado de naturaleza. Amplio parqueo y seguridad.

Un hotel muy bonito, sin grandes lujos, pero muy agradable. Excelente atención. Las villas bien equipaditas. El lugar lleno de naturaleza, ideal para los amantes de aves y flores. Una excelente panorámica. Tal vez lo que le falta es más de variedad es el restaurante. Sin embargo la comida muy buena y sin abusar los precios. También en la zona hay muchas opciones para salir a comer y es muy cerca Quedamos muy bien impresionados La zona muy tranquila, se presta para salir a caminar

This is a wonderful place. They met our accessibility needs. Rooms were clean, linens were great, coffee machine in room. They helped with our food delivery order. Cynthia , at the desk, was so nice and professional. Good value for the price.

We went there to spend the day at the pool bar and eat. We didn’t know we had to bring our towels thinking it’s an hotel we are paying for the pool they will give us some. We got told no I asked to speak with the manager and he was so rude saying it was for the guest only 😱 They are charging for the pool and we wanted to spend the day there but we went eat and drink elsewhere. I will never go back there

Charming family owned and operated venue - very peaceful, lovely pool and naturally beautiful property. Staff is wonderful and room was clean and comfortable.

This place is a dump. There was no AC in the room although there was evidence that there used to be one. To make matters worse, the ceiling fan didn’t work … there was actually a cover plate where the switch should have been. The shower didn’t drain. The sink leaked. The patio screens between units are half missing. The grounds are a mess. Sure hope the breakfast is edible. Can’t wait to leave.
