The worst thing is that ******* has wrong location for this hotel on their map. Apparently, this has been the case for a while and they (*******) refuse to fix it. In fact, ******* even refused to own up to this error - as I booked based on the map location (as spelled out addresses are notoriously unreliable in the region) and ended up staying at the wrong area with much inconvenience. Called *******, and the only remedy they sort of offered is “we *may* be able to cancel without penalty… *maybe* - not even sure”. No offer of rebooking at the right area, no certainty whatsoever. “You have to book another (correct!) location at your own expense”. Quite a dismal experience!
