What I really liked about the Princess was its central location. Unfortunately, the city center of Sandviken is not really attractive. Even if you drive to the lake you won't find any hiking/walking trails along the water. The hotel itself is clean and the internet works well. The rooms are also perfectly adequate. There is a sports bar attached to the hotel that serves really good food. There are many televisions and you can choose what to show. This sports bar also offers many gaming options such as darts, table tennis, air hockey, shuffelboard, etc. There is a small indoor swimming pool and a sauna. Price-performance is ok. gut gefallen hat mir am Princess die zentrale Lage. Leider ist die Innenstadt von Sandviken nicht wirklich attraktiv. Auch wenn man an den See fährt findet man keine Wander-/Spazierwege entlang dem Wasser. Das Hotel selber ist sauber und das Internet funktioniert gut. Auch die Zimmer sind vollkommend ausreichend. An das Hotel ist eine Sportsbar angeschlossen, die echt gutes Essen serviert. Es gibt viele Fernsehgeräte und man kann sich aussuchen, was gezeigt werden soll. Auch bietet diese Sportsbar viele Spielmöglichkeiten wie Darts, Tischtennis, Airhockey, shuffelboard, etc. Es gibt ein kleines Indoorschwimmbad und eine Sauna. Preis-Leistung ist ok.

I stayed for 4 nights for a business trip in March. Location is good, central to Sandvik with a few places to eat nearby, with a sports bar next door. Check in was quick and easy, with really pleasant staff. The room was on the third floor, and was accessible by stairs or lift. The room was small, but ok for my purposes. A desk to work on, and a double bed that gave a comfortable sleep. Despite being central to Sandvik, the room was nice and quiet. Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room and also in reception which is a nice touch, as is a small fridge. Plenty of hanging space for clothes. Bathroom was small, clean but functional with a great shower. The only downside was there was only 4/5 channels available on the TV, not a big problem as most people can stream from their phone/PC/tablet. I will always come back to thus hotel when on business in the area,
