The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the Inn was lovely. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

Room was as advertised. Large comfortable suite with sitting area. Gas fireplace worked well and provided ambiance as well as taking the chill off following the days adventures. Whirlpool tub was clean and fit two of us to relax. Tub was too noisy to run so we opted to use it as a soaking tub. Bathroom was large and clean. It did have some issues with finish lines due to poor installation but no functional problems noted. Onsite restaurant and tavern were convenient and staff were very polite in both the tavern and restaurant. Our food and drinks were good with nothing standing out good or bad. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. Definitely would return.

Staff is accommodating & helpful, knowledgeable about the surrounding area & things to do nearby. This area of Sandwich is quaint, lots within walking distance & great little shops & bars.

Considering the money we spent for 3 nights at this property, I would say it is average at best, mainly because of our room. The bed was quite uncomfortable and so high that you could barely get in it. And I'm 6ft tall. The sound of the a/c going on and off was also incredibly loud and we also had issues just turning on the shower each day. I realize this place is over 300 years old and recently re-opened but again for the money spent, I expected better. Despite all that we had a fantastic time in Sandwich and the surrounding area. Best part about the Inn was its pool and hot tub. And the staff is very friendly and accommodating. 5 stars on that.
