Albergo moderno, curato e pulito. Personale cordiale e gentile attento ai bisogni dei clienti. Parcheggio gratuito per auto all'Hotel. Ottima la colazione. Spiaggia vicina accessibile con mare stupendo.Decisamente consigliato!

Hotel is recent overgenomen door de Leonardo keten. Straks meer hierover. Wij zijn hier 2 jaar geleden ook geweest en vinden het interieur nu heel geslaagd. De ligging van het hotel is subliem. Dagelijks een mooie zonsondergang. Hotel is ook heel proper. Enig minpunt vonden wij het eten. Niet veel variatie , weinig smaak en veelal niet warm maar lauw. Wel goed dat je drank inbegrepen is (uitgezonderd wijn) bij je diner. Prijzen zijn zoals overal op Ibiza redelijk hoog. 3,5€ voor een cola of een pils. Van het hotel geen kwaad woord dus. Dienst na verkoop daarentegen 😡. Rechtstreeks boeken via Leonardo site doe je beter niet want die laten niks van zich horen als u tot 3x een mail stuurt( telefoonnummer is nergens te vinden) om u te helpen met verkeerde info aan de balie bij check in. Hebben we maar liefst 245€ moeten bijbetalen omdat mijn man alleen in het systeem stond en ik dus niet??!! Onze boeking is zeker juist gebeurd maar hotel kon dit niet verklaren. Hebben uiteindelijk betaald en gevraagd of we dit konden terugkrijgen na contact via klantenservice. Was geen probleem maar dus tot op heden nog steeds geen reactie. Gewoonweg schandalig 😡. Dit werpt een donkere wolk boven onze vakantie . Wees dus gewaarschuwd als u rechtstreeks wil boeken. Ze zwaaien met 15% korting maar uiteindelijk laten ze u extra betalen in hotel. Goedkoop is uiteindelijk duurkoop. Voor ons nooit meer

Als je rust wil moet je hier niet wezen Er is geen enkele plek zonder muziek Van 10 uur tot in de nacht kei hard aan Bij het zwembad ook zo de hele dag bonk muziek aan je hoofd Wil je even rustig op bed liggen? Vergeet het maar Het hotel ziet er prachtig uit personeel is perfect eigenlijk alles op de kei harde muziek na

My wife and myself stopped at the NYX hotel for a week and we really could not fault this hotel at all! All the staff were so friendly always there to help especially staff member mimis this man was amazing and would go out his way to help us in anyway and made us the best cocktails. Lovely chilled out atmosphere at this hotel live dj through the day at the pool and a live dj on the upstairs bar on a night with amazing views were you can also watch the sunset over the bay. Rooms were clean and changed regularly air con is good if you leave your spare key in during the day room is freezing once you go back . Would defo go back to this hotel lovely location right on the beach and very short walk to the mayhem. Ocean beach pool party is literally around the corner food was lovely great choice for all really couldn't fault this hotel at all thank you to all the staff at NYX hotel for a great week!!!!

Empezamos por la reserva. Había reservado una habitación superior deluxe, pero resulta que al pedirle cama de matrimonio ya me asignaron una con vista lateral, ya que las deluxe solo tenían camas individuales juntas. Limpieza: ropa de cama sin cambiar varios días, las tazas del café no las cambiaban todos los días tampoco, las hormigas entran por el balcón y como tengas la puerta de la terraza abierta en 10 minutos te entran 30 hormigas, un asco. Les salva la comida del buffet variedad y cosas ricas, el resto cero.

Se encuentra en la Bahía de San Antonio, el hotel está reformado, es elegante, cómodo y bonito. La habitación que nos dieron estaba en la 7º planta y las vistas eran una maravilla. Ana la chica de recepción fue encantadora y nos recomendó también sitios para comer, además de ser muy amable. Las Terrazas tienen tumbonas de varios tipos y formas, unas son súper cómodas con colchones. Todo está bien cuidado. La piscina bonita, frente al mar, y muy limpia. El desayuno es variado, y todo fresco. También se puede desayunar en la terraza exterior con unas vistas preciosas La habitación es amplia, cómoda y tiene cafetera y mini bar. No le pongo un 5 por qué lo reservamos ya que decía solo adultos y había bastantes niños pequeños en la piscina. Gritaban y casi no se podía descansar. No entiendo si es ONLY ADULTS que haya niños. Salvo eso por todo lo demás un 10

Davvero bello ottima esperienza, molto accoglienti e molto puliti le stanze erano favolose il mangiare uguale ci ritornerei molto volentieri volentieri merita davvero questo posto. All’esterno c’era una piscina stupenda con un bar..
