馬略卡旅館的評價

Very accessible! Check in hours are flexible and that was amazing for us as we had arrived very late in the evening! Staff are very friendly and the accomodation is safe and secure! This was better than the resort we had stayed in the previous night. Will be coming back here for sure!

Very good location and room

我原本計劃在2023年8月入住。由於天氣惡劣，出境航班被取消了。錯過了短暫的假期和退款安排。一個多月來，我們多次透過旅行社聯繫飯店，希望獲得部分預付款的退款。電話和簡訊都沒接。這不是管理酒店的最佳方式。

L'hotel è carino e le camere sono molto pulite! Siamo stati qui dal 13/6 al 20/6 e devo dire che non potevamo scegliere posto migliore! Il personale è gentilissimo e si mette a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità! Appena arrivati ci hanno dato gratuitamente due ombrelloni (siamo due coppie) e ci hanno illustrato le spiaggie migliori dell'isola! Un plauso particolare va ad Anna perché con la sua gentilezza, affabilità e sorriso ci ha spiegato con calma tutto quello che c'era da sapere! una cosa fantastica è che noi abbiamo il volo alle 21(andiamo via oggi😔) e l'hotel,nonostante l'abbiamo lasciato alle 10, ci ha messo a disposizione una doccia di servizio da fare nel pomeriggio prima della partenza! Insomma...Voto 10!
