Santa ana is a rather compact city you can walk everywhere. In the first place I’d say there ain’t that many hotels to choose from if you don’t want to do hostels but want to be on a budget. I had an early pickup for transfer to Antigua I told the hotel in advance and that early morning the doorman was looking out for me. Do note that the full name is kali hotel and events meaning sometimes in the night u will hear music ramming but it all died down by 10am. I was fine by that just take note of that.

EVENTOS KALI HOTEL Y EVENTOS is the full name!!!. The events are on open first floor. Saturday a DJ til 1030 then loud voices for a hour. Sunday 9 am a live concert. The acoustics echo very stongly into the room. It was not a place to rest! A bit disingenuous leaving out EVENTOS. The staff were very friendly and bed was comfortable. May be better to stay during during the week with less noise.

Hotel en Santa Ana Tuvimos una habitación muy grande, reformada y muy cómoda. El desayuno fue estupendo. Está algo más alejado del centro de lo que me hubiera gustado, pero con facil acceso a transporte y el personal fue amable. El único pero que le pongo es que por entrar 3 h antes del check in el coste eran 25 USD y no se nos informó al solocitarlo sino que estaba en la hoja de registro con otra información, con lo que decidimos esperar a la hora de check in.

Muy mal servicio lamentablemente,después de muchas estadías en este hotel y que fui atendida bien hoy estaba una señora que jamás había visto y me obligó a pagar $25 por dejar el hotel despué de las 2 de la tarde antes de las 2:30 mal presedente , ella los llevará al fracaso por ser un mal administrador si es que lo es hasta hoy no se ni que posición tenía

Sería buenonque den mantenimiento de pintura a paredes, mejorar cerraduraz, pintar puertas, mejorar closets, revisar drenajes de baños, mesita de cuarto cambiarla, pusos muy viejos y descuidades. El personal que atiende mas que excelente.

I’ll start with the positives: The parking attendants, front desk staff and dining room staff are respectful, helpful and friendly. The free breakfast is delicious and they have different options. The rooms are more modern than the hotel decor. A pool would be nice or a lounge area. There are a lot of businesses and movement in the neighborhood but at night nothing. House keeping or someone in their staff went through my belongings the first day I was there and that was very uncomfortable. I know how I leave my things in hotel rooms when I travel. My duffle bag has been opened and searched and I’m pretty sure $100 was taken. I reported it to the front desk. I asked no one enter my room that day and was out the next.

Hotel antiguo hermoso, limpieza impecable, desayuno delicioso, personal muy amable y resuelven cualquier inconveniente al instante, súper recomendado, a 5 cuadras de la Cátedral, alrededor seguro, amplio parqueo, lo súper recomiendo 100 puntos es mi calificación

This property is very close to the burned city market, it's terrible all the sidewalks occupied by street vendors, because the market hasn't been build. It's noisy, doesn't have an elevator as well as hot water. Is an old building. The room didn't have a phone, no luggage rack, no hand towels, just a couple of wash cloth, no toiletries, no tissues. Fair parking, good breakfast, kind personnel.. ******* should adv ertise the lack of hot water and Elevator.
