Riviera海灘酒店

飯店位置太棒了！步行即可到達任何地方，而且它位於聖巴巴拉地區的中心。我們很喜歡飯店的大堂，在那裡度過了一段放鬆的時光。唯一的問題是房間從來沒有打掃過，我們不得不要求他們提供毛巾和清空垃圾。

Took 30 minutes after check-in time for room to be ready. Room was very small. 24/7 staff was unhelpful.

We took the Pacific Surfliner into Santa Barbara to catch the Coast Starlight #14 the next day. This hotel is right across the tracks from Santa Barbara Amtrak Station so it was very convenient. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly!

Hotel staff is wonderful. Location is amazing and walkable to everything. Beware of privacy if you are not traveling with SO, the bathrooms have a clear glass door that does not “close” all the way so your party can see you in the bathroom.

Property is a cute little boutique hotel, pet friendly with a restaurant attached. Staff is very friendly.We had a corner room and around 5:30 in the morning we got woke up but very loud trash trucks. The bathroom is small and the shower is flawed by the way it is set up as the entire bathroom floor gets soaked when you take a shower. The remote to our television did not work and I went downstairs to ask the very friendly staff about it and unfortunately their maintenance man left for the evening, but they did offer me a complementary snack for my inconvenience. Overall, I would stay here again with maybe a different room choice. It is in walking distance of everything and great restaurant options. Parking is valet only or pay by the hour next door for parking. This was not a big to us. Once you park you don’t have to drive to see anything. The beach is very close, many restaurant options and beautiful views of Santa Barbara along the way.

Parking was adjacent, valet, and around $40 per night. The lot was for guests only. Our king (with a patio) room was just large enough to accommodate the bed. There was no in-room table or chair(s), nor was there any space for them (they were on-patio). There were 3 in room cabinets, but nowhere to hang a long dress. No in-room coffee, and in the afternoon, no hot water for a shower.

Staff was welcoming especially Valet. Anthony gave us great direction and assured us our car and area was safe. Clean room and food was amazing. Are was close to the beach and outside stores to shop. I would come back!
