聖巴巴拉旅館(Santa Barbara Inn)

Absolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust.The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.

One trip over one month I stayed in 10 hotels and this was absolutely the best! I got the ocean view room that came with a huge balcony and huge bathroom as well. Very luxurious hotel, great location, nice staff and very comfortable. The only thing I would ask for is having a coffee machine in each rooms, or at least in the upgraded rooms! Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed a few days at the Santa Barbara Inn when in town for a wedding. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Beautiful view with a private balcony. Plenty of pillows (always important to us). Temperature was responsive to our changes. While usually not thrilled to pay for parking, the $26/day fee was satisfactory given the great service of the valets and in/out option so we could come and go as often as we wanted. Beautiful pool area with attentive service.

The hotel is beautiful. I was delighted with the hallway décor and the room was very comfortable. The location of the dumpster and the noise from the early morning pick up was unfortunate. Although I made the reservation for 2 rooms on my credit card, at check-in we requested separate bills. This was not done, though we reminded the clerk at the desk at check out to do this and they assured me they did. I do not like to ask my travel mates for money back, but we worked it out among ourselves. It's a minor inconvenience, but not great service for that transaction. The restaurant food was quite good and the service was outstanding. The garage attendants and their system worked flawlessly. Overall I am satisfied with my stay. While the location view is very beautiful, the noise from traffic is detracting.

The hotel is wonderful. It was my 60th birthday and they did a lovely job hosting me. I had planned to stay at another hotel as well in Santa Barbara during my vacation and ended up changing things and the Inn accommodated me beautifully. Wonderful service in the restaurant as well. Bartender was lovely and great to talk with.

The hotel is very nice. The king size bed is amazing. I suffer with back problems and my back actually felt better after sleeping on the wonderful bed. A couple of things could be improved such as a full length mirror so you can see your complete outfit. A coffee maker as most high end and medium end hotels have them in the room and an iron!

We had an amazing stay for our 10 year anniversary! The property is beautiful. Impeccably clean. Food at Convivo is delicious. Relaxing on the oceanfront balcony doesn’t get any better. Great location, we picked up the e-bikes that are next to hotel and went downtown easily we only used our car once in 3 nights. Will be back!
