海港旁旅館(Inn by the Harbor)

Inn by the Harbor has a nice location, but a bit far to walk to the beach and to the business district. However, if you have a car then it should not be a problem. It has a lovely inner yard with some nice plants. The staff is very attentive to requests. The happy hour drinks and the continental breakfast were good. However, although the facility is clean, it can use some updates. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay at the inn but may look for other venues even closer to the beach or the business district.

Great people, wonderful day room with extras! We were surprised when arriving to our room to find a bottle of champagne chilling in the fridge. The breakfast was awesome. Although we didn’t use the bikes they were complimentary. The pool and courtyard were lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if ever we get the chance will stay again.

For a platinum/VIP stay, this just wasn't what I was expecting. The pictures looked great, and the courtyard setting is pretty, but the room was a bit on the mildewy/moldy-smelling side. The wall unit AC was blowing non-stop and a little hard to adjust the temperature so that the room was comfortable. The loud rock concert booming through the wall behind our room wasn't great either. Breakfast options were limited and a bit on the cold side. I would not rate this property at almost 4 stars. I think it's closer to 2 1/2. For the money, I'd probably stay elsewhere next time.

We had a pleasant stay. We appreciated the upgrade in room size. If you are many people needing to get ready for an event, bring a mirror. There are no mirrors except in the bathroom. I am a light sleeper so the AC/ heater was difficult for me as it is very loud. Breakfast was decent. Bring your own coffee. Very attentive staff. The pool does go to 8 1/2 feet which is rare and wonderful. Massaging jets don’t work in jacuzzi but it was relaxing. We did not have a chance to utilize bike rentals which I’m sure would have been nice. Gym is very limited. No weights, just cardio and very small.

The staff is so wonderful. We did have a leak in our room but they were very helpful during our heavy rain storm. Our toilet also wouldn’t flush but again the staff did their best to take care of it! Very clean, big room!!

Awesome place, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was so cool for the price, pool and hot tub were awesome. Huge selection of DVDs to rent for when the cable went out from bad weather. Fantastic experience all around.

Staff extremely concerned and safety oriented during extreme weather conditions while still providing 5 star service.
