Fantastic 5 star, truly all inclusive, boutique hotel. Great service from very professional staff. Beautiful, very modern rooms with all the amenities, and some that will catch you by surprise. Perfectly located for ant Stanford, Palo Alto or Menlo Park activities. .

The hospitality provided by the staff is top notch. They are all extremely welcoming, warm and genuine. ***le, Bernie, Cynthia, Sebastian and the entire team make you feel at home. You don't want to ever leave. The condition and cleanliness of the property is superior. The F&B is outstanding, Chef does an amazing job with the consistency of the product. I highly recommend The Clement Palo Alto.

All inclusive pricing model is amazing, which is really home like and very relaxing and comfortable. the bed and pillow is very comfortable, bathroom floor is heated, TV screen on the mirror, everything is high end and comfortable. The food are also great, employees there are friendly and helpful. By the way, great location

Nice place. High quality finishes in the rooms. Gives more of a bed and breakfast vibe. Due to small scale and size you can tell purchasing and consistency is an issue as food was hit or miss. Lack of churn for this to develop or be fine tuned in bulk. False advertisement as it’s not all inclusive. Hit with a daily $71.50 service charge.

The Clement was amazing! We decided to spoil ourselves a bit and stay overnight for a local concert. We had no idea how much we would be pampered! The room was fantastic. They have literally thought of every single thing you'd ever want or need. The automated blinds and blackout shades were beautiful and elegant and gave just the right feel to the room. The bathroom is over the top. TV built into the mirror, fanciest bidet I've ever seen, beautiful tub and shower - all VERY large and indulgent. The chefs were happy to make us a delicious snack/meal shortly after our arrival, and the food was AMAZING. We were worried we'd arrive home just after the kitchen closed, so the staff offered to place our order with the chefs at 9:45 so it would be ready when we arrived just after 10:00. Over the TOP! We loved being able to walk easily to the Stanford campus, so the location is great for anything happening at Stanford. If you want to feel cared for, pampered & rejuvenated, we highly recommend The Clement!

What a magnificent place. Way above 5 star! Beautiful hotel. More luxury items in the rooms than I have seen in any other 5 star hotel. Staff is the best..."anything is possible" is their oft repeated mantra. Customer service is fantastic...they could write a book on it. But they don't hover. The food is all inclusive, and excellent!! Fresh, extremely well prepared and very appropriate portion size. Very nice selection. Just really a wonderful place to stay. Only negative is they are doubling their rates for 2024.
