I like this hotel.clean and the bed is comfort.

OK. This is more of a customer usage issue. The showers leak profusely if the shower curtains are not pulled inside the shower. Apparently customers don't get this or dont care, so they shower with the water filling up the bathroom floor, which leaks into the lower rooms. They need to fix this issue. Both first floor rooms that I was in leaked from above. And I have nothing good to say about the customers who allow this to occur. If this issue gets resolved, then 4 star.

The Hotel is a converted, older Motel. But don't let that fool you. Our room was completely renovated and updated. Think of it a a Motel on the outside, but a Hotel on the inside. The owner/staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable for the area. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

Wafer Hotel is conveniently locator. It’s proprietors are cheerful and welcoming. Check in was smooth. Our room was clean and neat…and the beds are SO comfortable! I had such a good sleep! Plus, I especially liked how one of the proprietors would walk around the parking lot - it’s very welcoming when you pull into the parking lot at night to go to your room and the proprietors wave to you. Oh, and the property is well-lit. Feels very safe! Excellent rating for this property!

As a single, female business traveler, I felt very safe and secure here. The room was clean, the bed nice, and everything was modern and updated. There was a lovely rain shower shower head. ~~~ For those who have dinged the property for the shower, you just need to understand how to use it. Pull the lever all the way up; the water pressure is great (second floor). To get warm or hot water, move the lever back to the middle or slight left. ~~ The water will pool on the floor if you don't use the shower curtain properly. Male sure it is all the way inside. You can even turn the shower head slightly right to ensure the water doesn't spray over the shower lip. ~~~ A wonderful property. I will stay here again and recommend it to friends.

We loved staying here. They made us feel so welcome. It was clean, safe, comfortable, and looked nice. The man who greeted us at check in was very friendly. We would stay here again.

Our stay was quick and easy. Upon arrival there was someone working front desk ready to give us our key. Room looked renovated and new. Very clean and quiet. I felt safe leaving my car in the parking lot. Checkout was simple and easy. I would stay here again for another event.

I hate to give bad feedback, but there were just too many issues overall. The check in was fine, nice guy. The room overall was decent and nice. Here are the issues though. First, the shower was horrible. Hard to find a warm temp (either blistering hot or cold). The main issue is no matter how I “sealed” the curtain, it just leaked out because it has no height (step in shower with a curtain). I figured I was not the first this happened to because it explains the bouncy part of that area versus the rest of room was more firm. I had to soak it up using towels. I tried calling house keeping but always a busy signal from phone. I tried front desk same thing. Other parts that were disappointing; no sugar for coffee, the AC blew out some initial dust (or whatever it was), and there was a constant humming noise somewhere. The topper was no maid service, so when I came back from work, I expected fresh towels since all of them were wet.
