Stayed in Christmas Cabin close to pool. Just right for 2 grandparents and 5 kids. Well equipped kitchen and clean. Although I knew they don't supply any towels or bed blankets, it was annoying to have to pack all of that in a car with 7 people. Definitely a family atmosphere and it was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Warning: when it ways 11 checkout, it means out of property not just out of your room. We planned to do the "water park" after 11 on our 3rd day but it wasn't allowed unless we paid $30 for an extended stay, which we did. Water park is not included in your stay. Additional $10/person. 2 slides were down the day we went so they only charged us $5. We stayed at the end of May and prices were reasonable, but had the same stay occurred in July, prices would have doubled. They do have daily activities, some free, some pay, which we did not do. Shuttle to Holiday World was a great amenity. Grocery store across the street was very handy.

This used to be a great place sun and fun ruined it. Prices go up every year, 228.00 to tent camp for two nights this year . 78.00 “resort fee” I’m in a tent lol . Plus the 40.00 extra they charge on top to reserve your site twice . You get to pick it then pay 40.00 extra or they will give it to someone who will pay. Place is a joke . If you’re going to holiday world you’re better off just getting a hotel so you have climate control in the shower. You can get a really nice hotel for about half the price of what they charge for a cabin. Money hungry greedy business model .

We just returned home from our annual weekly vacation to SunOutdoors Lake Rudolph —this is our 16th-17th year to go and as usual we had a great time —Ac broke down in our Christmas Cabin and they worked on it a few hours with their maintenance crew who are always there in minutes —had to call in a higher power crew and they worked on it past midnight and got it going —they would NOT STOP until they fixed it and they did it !!! This is how this Campground works !! THANK YOU to everyone who helped —we live the Tram busses who come in and take everyone to Holiday World and drop us off at the front gates —Thanks for their happy attitudes and kindness —My husband and I are rather disabled ( he with lung issues and me with a bad scoliosis back —if I could suggest anything it would be a sit down area for the busses to take us back to the Campgrounds —my husband got winded in the park and we had to leave -a bus had just so standing for even 15-20 minutes in that heat was hard on us as we are in upper 70’s in age /-another lady had to sit on the ground until the bus got there -what a help it would be to have those seat shelters for the busses like they have around the campground !! Just a suggestion —other than this situation we will continue to return as long as we are able —

My family has been coming to Lake Rudolph for the last 4 years after getting recommendations from family. Over the last two years we have gotten cabanas in the waterpark area. We have a unique family of a 65+ year old father, 42 year old mother and a 5 year old son. I’m taking the time to send this because of some lifeguards that were outstanding during our visit the week of June 2nd. Isaac and Riley in particular were tremendous. Isaigh and his brother Caiden were very professional as was Adria. All of these folks took their job seriously and should be commended. People like these, and there were a couple other folks we interacted with also demonstrated this, are who make your job easier and our time more enjoyable and relaxing. I know as I own several business. We'll see you again the first week of June next year.

We stayed in the Christmas cabin at Lake Rudolph and it was NOT as advertised on their website. It is listed as a fully furnished cabin that sleeps 8. There were no bath towels, dish towels or blankets. The only bedding was a fitted sheet, pillow with pillow case on each bed. There was no table inside, only a small bar with 4 small stools; a couch with coffee table, one chair and an end table. There were 7 of us staying in the cabin and we were very crowded. The water park at Lake Rudolph has two water slides, but you have to purchase an arm band at $10 per person to use it. They also offer cabana rentals on their website which I mistakenly reserved thinking they were for Holiday World. They are for Lake Rudolph's water slides, which they did at least allow me to cancel once I found out they charged to get in. The one positive is that Lake Rudolph is close to Holiday World. They provide a shuttle from Lake Rudolph to Holiday World which is very convenient.

Lake Rudolph is a really good place to stay. Very nice cabins and well taken care of. Everyone at Rudolph is pretty much like family the people around you are really nice staying in cabins. Halloween weekends is a blast. We will be definitely coming back. It was our first time.

Our experience was good we stayed in the holiday cabin. These look pretty new the inside didnt look old and the AC worked great. You have to bring your own towels and sheets though. The sheet that they had on the bed was dirty so we took it off. They are pretty expensive though but we split it with the people we went with.

Stayed in one of the rental RV units. Unit was very clean. Small inconvenience having to bring linens. Shuttle service to Holiday World worked well. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The air conditioner was not conditioning and the cabin felt damp. When we arrived, there was trash and glass around the cabin that we had to clean up. The pool was a little dirty and someone got sick in front of the entrance of the bath house, and it was there overnight.
