唐塔可酒店(Hotel Don Taco)

Muy comodo y el personal muy amable

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur la montagne. Les photos étaient attrayantes: chambres revêtues de bois, belle vue, belle salle de bain, etc. La chambre que nous avons eue avait vue sur le restaurant! La salle de bain était vétuste, le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, les lits ...moyens. Nous sommes restées 3 nuits et la chambre n'a jjamais été faite, les poubelles jamais vidées y compris celle de la salle de bains dans laquelle il faut jeter le papier hygiénique. Point positif: la gentillesse du personnel !

Bon rapport qualité prix avec le déjeuner et la chambre. Malheureusement comme les fenêtres doivent être laissé ouverte en tout temps puisqu’il n’a pas d’air climatisé, on c’est fait piquer par des moustiques toute la nuit. De plus c’est très bruyant alors pensez à apporter des bouchons d’oreilles.

Parece un asilo, aunque la gente que trabaja ahi es muy amable, y se siente un lugar seguro, las instalaciones no son agradables, cuando llega alguien en la noche se hace mucho ruido por el piso de madera, las sabanas, cortinas y el baño no dan la mejor impresión, el desayuno es muy equis, si planeas sentirte en un hotel a gusto no te lo recomiendo

Fick ett rum rum som var mycket störande ljud från vägen. Vi påpekade detta och fick därefter byta rum. Personalen är väldigt tillmötesgående och trevliga.

I really loved this place, the room had a swing, it was very clean and had a great view of mountains. Also the staff were great, very kind and polite. If I ever come back to Monteverde I will definitely stay there again. Thank you for being so welcoming

Located on the road heading down into Santa Elena, the hotel is a great place to stay. There is minimal parking right by the hotel with maybe 3-4 spots but they have more parking just up the road. We stayed in a family room and it was the perfect room for us. It's older and dated but clean. the included breakfast was decent as well. Our biggest complaints were there was no shampoo and we asked for more we got an extra bar of soap. The road beside the hotel gets loud with traffic shortly after 6 so if you aren't an early riser this would be an issue.

She was kind and offered good information, but it was awkward when Zulika shared her daily wage with us at check in. Alnerto at the bar was very friendly and returned a bag to our room that was left behind. The breakfast staff was efficient, but the food itself was not great and exceptionally small portions in comparison to other hotels in Costa Rica. There was no mirror in the bathroom, but the shower was warm. The bed felt like sleeping on rocks, and the pillows were "well used". Although they cant control the wind, our room felt as though the tree limbs outside were going to shatter the 3 walls of windows. The location was fine, it was clean, but I would say it was like camping with a roof and shower.

first thing receptionist was not friendly . didnt explain everything . breakfast time they said 6.30 to 8.30 . but they opened breakfast room at 6.45 . no body came to take order . they took the order and serve to people came after us . when we question them they said they have to take care of the group first eventhough we were there first .we told them we will be late for the tour pickup . still the server did not do anything .we mention it to the receptionist . she said its out of my control . so we did not get any breakfast ' they are very rude . not friendly at all . room was not clean . no table or chair in the room . no hot water for the wash room . we never had a bad experience like this in our life . i will no recommend that hotel to anybody . .
