普拉希塔維亞赫酒店(Placita Vieja Hotel Boutique Spa)

Tuve la fortuna de hacerme un masaje relajante en el spa de Placita Vieja y lo súper recomiendo. El lugar es muy especial, íntimo, buena música. La chica que me hizo el masaje fue muy cuidadosa, respetuosa, con muy buen dominio del cuerpo. Todo el personal es muy atento, el resto del hotel es espectacular, tiene un ambiente muy acogedor, una decoración lindísima y una atención extraordinaria. Es un lugar para repetir las veces que sea, delicioso!

Es muy bonito el hotel, limpio y con recámaras amplias y sabanas y toallas de buena calidad. Pero lo mejor de lo mejor son las personas que trabajan ahí. Desde los recepcionistas hasta las cocineras. Amables, sonrientes. Nos consintieron muchísimo. Gracias

Llegamos sin reserva y nos hospedamos en la suite presidencial, realmente nos encantó. De entrada, Edner en la recepción nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y disposición. El precio nos pareció bastante acorde con el lugar. Pero en realidad lo que más nos gustó fue el buen servicio del personal. Miriam ama de llaves estuvo siempre a disposición para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Además, nos hicimos uno de los mejores masajes que hayamos probado con Maria, una señora muy profesional y capacitada. Este hotel fue una experiencia que nunca olvidaremos. Gracias a todo el personal (recepción, ama de llaves, pisinista, masajista) por el excelente servicio. Sin duda volveremos.

Excelente hotel. La atención fue increíble, la comida excepcional y sobre todo las acomodaciones súper cómodas. Definitivamente si buscan un lugar central y que brinde todo lo que buscan, este es el hotel que necesitan.

Una pequeña joya en el corazón de Santa Marta. Buena atención, rico desayuno, área de piscina al aire libre y buen servicio de spa. Una recomendación: instalar ventanas antirruido y dar mejores indicaciones de llegada para uso de estacionamiento cercano.

La struttura è speciale. Posizione Top camere arredate con grande gusto, eleganti, sobre, con grande carattere. Il personale educatissimo è super accogliente e rispettoso. Jesus è stato straordinario ci ha aiutato nel risolvere un problema con la compagnia aerea, che per noi sarebbe stato quasi impossibile. Ospitalità eccellente! Don Fernando, il proprietario, è stato adorabile, attentissimo alle esigenze dei clienti, una persona unica, meravigliosa. Mia moglie ed io siamo stati benissimo. Facile da stare difficile da lasciare. Vorremmo essere ancora lì per essere coccolati da tutto lo staff del Placida ! Complimenti. Un hotel boutique a 7 stelle !

Very pleasant stay in a nice hotel boutique. The location is excellent to visit Santa Marta with an excellent fish restaurant just next door.The rooms are simple but comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The rooftop and small pool were delightful. The breakfast was good and tasty.

Absolute disaster from start to finish. I appreciate this hotel has good reviews and this is why we chose to stay there. We checked in and our room was nice with a large balcony so we took the opportunity of having showers and do some clothes washing. Later that evening we were asked to move rooms as they had checked us into the wrong room. With the help and my daughter’s Colombian boyfriend they agreed we should stay. We were woken at 10.30 again demanding we move which we didn’t. Woken again at 11.30 stating they would call the Police if we didn’t move. We reluctantly agreed so packed everything up, got dressed and moved. My wife and I are almost 70 and it was a horrible experience. To cap it all they tried to charge us more at checkout although we had paid the full amount oncheck in

My 3 night experience at this hotel was simply perfect. The entire staff is very welcoming and helpful at all times. The typical colombian breakfast is the best I've tried in the country so far. The pool and steam room are so nice that I spent most of my days relaxing here and had to push myself to experience the rest of Santa Marta. The steam bath surpassed my expectations as it easily compares to a steam room in a european spa hotel.
