德科曼達拉斯之家酒店(Hotel Mandalas House by Dot Boutique)

parece un buen hotel, pero no lo es por precio y precariedad en las instalaciones. Se oye todo entre habitaciones (paredes de papel o pladur), piscina, recepción, pasillo. el primer día fuimos a ducharnos y no tenían agua caliente, tuvimos que salir para una reunión sin ducharnos. La gerenta muy educada, pero poco resolutiva. El desayuno para el precio de la habitación es muy escaso y pobre.

La experiencia malísima llegamos temprano antes del check in en recepción nos recibieron bien se ofrecieron a tener las maletas mientras entregaban la habitación, pero a la hora de registrarnos la administradora como se hacía llamar prepotentemente quizo cambia el precio que mostraba la reserva, después de enseñarle la reserva y el valor no accedió a dejar el valor original si no a contar mucho más, por el echo de estar cansados decidimos aceptar pero o sorpresa la señora dijo que estaba predispuesta que cancelara y me fuera, si así como lo leen nos echo del hotel al medio día con maletas un niño y cansados d sin viaje toda noche, ni los empleados del hotel lo creían y hacían caras de que la señora siempre hace lo mismo, el sitio muy bonito y el personal muy bien pero la cara es esta señora que no cumple con las reservas y precios de las aplicaciones y aparte es impresionante mente grosera

Nice little boutique hotel, helpful personal.after the Trecking to la ciudad perfides it was just beautiful to get to this clean and calm little hotel.

Small but nicely decorated hotel. I especially liked the pool area. Breakfast ist basic.

Beautiful hotel boutique, located 3 blocks from the beach- Great service (amazing staff) the property is clean and beautiful for any reason of your trip- I recommend this hotel and definitely I will book it again

My boyfriend and I stayed here on our trip to Colombia, and it was AMAZING. Albero and the woman at the front door gave us 10/10 care. They were so kind, attentive to our needs, and bent over backwards to help us (even ordering food and taxis for us). The free homemade breakfast is different every morning (and DELICIOUS!) with coffee, fresh squeezed juice, fresh fruit, and then the main plate which was pancakes, or tostones, eggs, and meat. The cook and Albero even welcomed us into their kitchen to show us how tostones were made (they could tell I was curious, haha.) There is a nice pool in the back of the small one floor hotel, and you can order drinks or food from the bar which will be added to your bill at the end of your stay. They’re fairly cheap too! I think we spent $5-6 for a mojito, and $3 for fresh squeezed pineapple juice (which is a must-try, by the way!) The beds were super comfy, and there were nice loud fans in the room which you could turn off or on (was nice to drown out poolside noise for a midday nap). The hotel also offers yoga classes (free of charge I’m pretty sure), and massages (extra charge but not as expensive as US), neither of which we had time to enjoy in our stay, but we will when we get back! Can’t thank these people enough!!! TOP service!!! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. ¡Muchas gracias! :)

Booked two rooms, hotel is beautiful in the middle of a very run down neigh orhood, i was told not to stay around that area but though i give it a shot. Hotel made the stay better. Small boutique, didnt get to use pool, most rooms are arpund comun areas and pool so if u wanna stay up late it would trouble other guests or so we were told. Besides that breakfast was delish. Good stay
