在塔馬卡海灘度假勝地住了3晚,很榮幸。我特別感謝Milli..一位客戶服務代表,前一天退房後幫助得到了covid-19測試結果。沒有測試結果,我將無法登機飛回美國。這是一項卓越的客戶服務,我感謝Milli的同樣幫助。考慮到我們正處於流行病中,有具體的海灘和游泳池時間等限制。一旦您辦理入住手續,工作人員會讓您瞭解這些。度假村有很棒的海洋景觀和很棒的游泳池。他們有一個旅遊策劃辦公室在入口旁邊。所有主要景點...泰羅納,明卡和其他由他們提供旅遊。

I visited this hotel with my husband in May. It was our first time on this site. We liked the experience. There are 4 restaurants with different menus, it's for all tastes, and all the waiters were very friendly. Bed room was very clean, the beach too, we enjoyed this. In this site, Every day we could enjoy the shows while having a delicious drink. There were shows to have fun. The bartenders were very attentive, especially the one at the pool bar, who served us while we worked. We could rest and the same time we could work with all the comforts and a beautiful view.

My wife and I had a terrific time staying at Hotel Don Pepe for 3 nights last week. Don Pepe is an oasis in Santa Marta as it is the former home of a wealthy gentleman ( Don Pepe!) and his large family vs a commercial hotel chain (while Don Pepe gets the name recognition, the real hero was his wife who produced so many children). This makes it a very special find for those who enjoy the taste of an authentic refined experience. - If you want a trendy (“ bougie” ) contemporary type of hotel to be seen/ check out others this is not it. The rooms were clean, cool, and updated (we stayed in 2 different rooms in order to help accommodate another guest). Beds and linens were very comfortable. The staff were courteous, helpful, and sincere. The small pools were cooling/ relaxing. The location is proximate to everything. Santa Marta is a city where most non Colombian tourists will visit in order to take a day-trip either to the mountains by car and/ or to the beaches by boat vs wanting to hang-out in the city itself. We did both of these day-trips. Specifically, we had a terrific experience with going to the small mountain town called Minca for a coffee, chocolate, eco tour, and we took a snorkeling and beach trip the following day ( the front desk at Don Pepe knows who are the better tour operators). Guasimo is a top end restaurant that is 3 blocks away that requires some planning to get a reservation (the front desk at Don Pepe can arrange this). A special shout-out to Edgar who served us breakfast every day and to both the front desk managers. - Gracias.

首先,讓我說GHL酒店的工作人員非常有幫助。我們穿過門的那一刻,我們被視爲家人。入住過程非常簡單快捷。我們不用擔心我們的行李,酒店處理了所有這些。房間很乾淨。房間在入口門附近有一個小水槽,我不知道爲什麼,一個小衣櫃,小冰箱,包括小吃和飲料(當然是費用)。我確實注意到酒店沒有提供面巾。只有2條毛巾和一條手巾。我確實問前台是否有任何面巾,反應是我們不提供這些。我們能夠在美元商店取幾條面巾。游泳池很棒(兒童游泳池和成人游泳池)。喜歡酒店的位置。離機場不遠,大約10到15分鐘。酒店不是離雜貨店那麼近,而是10分鐘的出租車車程。酒店上有一家小型的說服商店,但在某些方面會受到限制。酒店坐落在海灘岸邊,我每天早上都去海灘散步。酒店餐廳很棒!!!。食物很出色,很便宜。雖然我們不知道很多西班牙語,但工作人員非常樂於迎合我們,使用我們的電話翻譯器很方便。我從來沒有想過我會訪問哥倫比亞,但現在我已經等不及回去了。這是一個真正偉大的假期。感謝GHL Hotel Relax Costa Azul的美妙時光。我喜歡感謝所有酒店工作人員。

Centrally located hotel however rooms are abit dated. Pool was nice if you can find a quiet time of day to use it. Checkin took ages....longest a hotel has ever taken to check us in must have waited over 25 minutes and this is with no one waiting. Receptionist must have been new.
