我已經在B酒店入住過兩次,最近我們預訂了在這裏的住宿,以慶祝我們的週年紀念日,我只能說,他們永遠不會讓我們感到歡迎☺️我必須說,這是絕對的喜悅。我們受到警衛,前台接待員和客房服務員的熱烈歡迎,他們在整個住宿期間都非常樂於助人和細心。酒店本身很乾淨,優雅,設計得很好,讓我感覺自己住在頂級的機構裏。我的房間寬敞,乾淨整潔,有一張舒適的牀和我在住宿期間需要的所有設施。我要感謝倫茲,他是客房服務員,當時問我需要什麼,並提供了我的所有要求。我還要讚揚前台接待員madz,tin,pau和abbi,他們確保我們的住宿順利,我們的所有要求都得到了遵守。他們還爲我們提供了班車,一旦我們要求接送,班車準時。即使是他們的禮賓TJ,如果我能記住正確的話,他也很親切,在我們服務期間準時。謝謝B酒店阿拉邦!!!!我們一定會回來☺️❤️

The Good: 1. Price point - This is an affordable, no frills, simple hotel. 2. Clean room - Being a rather new hotel, the room, bathroom, bed, hallways, etc are still very clean and well maintained. 3. Pleasant staff - People are generally nice and helpful here. 4. Location - Located in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang. Molito is just nearby. The Bad: 1. Basic necessities such as a water kettle, glasses / mugs, basic toiletries are not provided. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to have them all in the room. Neither Good Nor Bad: 1. There aren't that much amenities here, hence hotel was able to drive the prices down. The Verdict: Would love to be back to stay here for future work-related stays, if needed.

We booked 2nights stay for our wedding anniversary. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were escorted to our room (Safari couple) and assisted in bringing our bags. The room was clean, although it is small, it was very cozy and you'll really get to feel the glamping vibe which me and my husband liked a lot. The shower area has a bit of moulds but it was minimal. The mosquito net is a saviour though the one we had has a hole luckily not much of mosquitos during our stay. The jacuzzi is nice. When we arrived the jacuzzi was ready and warmed up so all we had to do was jump into it. They also allow using bath bombs or bubble bath which is really nice cause one would enjoy jacuzzi with that and also you can request to change the water of the jacuzzi especially if you are staying more than 1night so that everyday the water is fresh. We didn't request for housekeeping during our stay so they were quite generous on replenishing our amenities instead. Breakfast option is so so we'd say. Menu is bit pricey for us. So we mostly opted for grab food. Speaking of, we ordered Andoks via Grab for our lunch on our 1st day. We ate just outside our tent for our lunch. We didn't get to finish the food cause it was too much for us, in short we had left overs of Andoks (1 bangus + 2 quarter parts of chicken + 1 bbq stick). We covered the left over food nicely and left them on top of our table just outside our tent assuming that it is safe to leave them there since we couldn't really bring them inside our tent cause it would smell. So then we went ahead and took our afternoon nap and when we wake up and checked on our left over food to have it for dinner; we were surprised that some of it were partially taken. The 1pc bbq stick and 1 quarter of chicken were gone. My husband and I thought that maybe one of us had eaten it while one was asleep but it was not. We also thought that maybe the insects around probably poke into our food but then the food was still covered nicely when we came back for it. Somebody must have meddle into our food while we were away asleep. Tbh, it wasn't really a big deal for us cause the food wasn't really that pricey and we will be happy to share it to the needy but the thought of somebody was meddling on our belongings while we were just few steps away asleep inside our tent makes it feel odd. We hope security could be better in future. We went to swim on our 2nd day. We were at the biggest pool that morning when we were asked to leave cause they have to clean it. The staff politely asked us to leave and transfer to another pool instead, it was fine to us but we thought that it would be better if they schedule the pool cleaning not during the operating hours so that guests can really maximise the pool usage. Check out was smooth as well. We were assisted by Melissa. Have shared to her our feedback and she was apologetic about it. But overall stay was lovely. 房間大整體都不錯 有健身室 對面係jolly bee 但香港jolly bee 好食啲 😅 酒店旁邊有個小商場 有一間超市 小商場門口有一間燒** 好食😋😋

Before going to the location, you will come across some slum’s area and poorly maintained road. Afterwards, A relaxing and serene place. The place is huge and great overlooking view. No need to worry as the place has great and friendly security. The resort is amazing but lacks maintenance in some parts. It has several hot spring pools with different temperatures. The kid’s pool with slide was not functioning. It could be open during summer season. I love the cottage that we had. It was very clean and nice bed. Also, had a kitchenette and small dining. The best was the private hot spring jacuzzi inside the cottage. There was some minor issues as the bubbling wasn’t working. I called the maintenance but didn’t worked. But, overall it was very relaxing and hot. In terms of food, the place has a barrio fiesta restaurant. The food was good. The service was amazing. I will definitely back come here.

As a customer living in Room 10005, I am very grateful to the staff at Azumi Hotel. I am very satisfied with their professional and thoughtful service. During my stay in the hotel, ROIGEN's service made me feel like the hotel was my home. They are not just providing services, but truly caring about my needs and comfort. The waiters at ROIGEN always keep smiling, and their attitude makes me feel very relieved. I had a pleasant time here, thanks to ROIGEN's help. I would like to thank ROIGEN again for his professionalism and enthusiasm, which left a good impression on me about this hotel.

飯店看起來很新，房間寬敞乾淨。早餐是自助餐，選擇不多，但對我們來說已經足夠了。早餐區位於游泳池旁。對於我們所支付的價格，我們對所有的東西都很滿意。

The hotel looked amazing and the food was great I really liked how the place looked and it felt quite comfortable. Wish I could go and enjoy it again when I have the time and luxury. I would like to recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.
