This is a nice hotel, we have visited several Red Rood Inn´s over the years and this is a really good one. It is clean, the bed is nice and the breakfast is okay. I wouldn´t mind coming back to this place again, if I needed a place to stay in the area.

First off the price I saw online was less than what I was charged. I called the front desk before booking since I had a couple of questions about pets. She said not to book online would be cheaper doing it when we got there. $62 online and was charged $90 when we got there. The the room we got the door had to be slammed to get it to close. The sink faucet was loose and broken, the light on the one side of the bed you could twist all the way around and would not stay upright, the reading lights didn't work at all. The ice holder in the room had a tied up bag of water in it. There was water all over the counter. The ice machine was jammed with ice so I couldn't get any. I also wanted points for my stay and the person that checked me in said I had to wait till checking out and they would add it to my account. I went in the morning to check out and nobody would come to the desk. So I didn't get the points or a receipt just the charge through my bank. The free breakfast was also horrible. Dried out pastries that didn't look day old but week old. Juice machine was falling apart. Three pieces of bread to toast, but the butter packets were all open in the bowl like they were melted since the paper over the top was all greasy. The milk for the cereal was in a pitcher with dried milk caked on the spout. The batter for the waffle machine was in a plastic pitcher with the spout missing and the top full of cracks. The batter itself looked unappealing to say the least. Another person came in to get the breakfast and both of us agreed that maybe the bowl of bananas was the only thing edible. But the banana I had didn't taste right. What a horrible experience.

A very clean and comfortable room. Hotel was in an ideal location right off I-95 with plenty of food options. Pet friendly also. Air conditioner worked like a charm and was not loud and obnoxious. We would defiantly stay here again.

First, let me say, the room was clean, it is in pretty bad shape. There is molding missing and broken in a number of areas. There is a very large hole in the wall of the bathroom and missing and broken molding. In turning on the shower the entire faucet is very loose and feels like it is ready to fall off. The furniture and light fixtures are old and not well kept. The sink faucet is not secured. The washcloths and towels feel like sandpaper when used. The front desk clerk was not very friendly at all. Large vehicles with trailers were parked willy-nilly around the parking lot making getting the car in and out difficult. The ice machine leaks water all over the walkway getting to it and around it. making for a wet and slippery surface. Lamps plugged into extension cords behind the bed. Overall the place has not been maintained and is in very poor condition for the price I paid. I will not be back and will be very leary of staying in any Red Roof Inn.
