拉斯塔里亞旅遊公寓43-61(Lastarria Hotel & Aparts)

had 2 separate stay in the same superior loft apartment during my trip in the newer 61 building (not 43 one) check in is odd as the entrance to the hotel is literally by the cafe tables on the street, and often times the door was locked and you had to wait for someone to come after pressing doorbell...i can understand this when i was leaving at 6am in the morning, but not at daytime. Some of the checkin staff was very helpful and agreed to help with luggage (remember no elevator in both buildings), but there was a lady who couldn't care less. The apartment itself was very spacious, but lots of wear and tear (wall paper below window falling off, cushion on couch extremely slanted). There was a safe (not often seen in apartment type hotels so a plus) and things seem clean (superficially....the wallpaper needs replacement of just ripped off and paint). But the basics are there...comfy bed, decent size bathroom with good water pressure in a good size shower, basic toiletries. Kitchen was a plus and there is a store right next to apartment that sells prepared/frozen food for early breakfast when nothing is open (Starbucks across the street opens around 7 or 8am). So overall a good stay, with issues, but price was good for the value. Should be 3.5 stars but TA doesn't let you pick that. Now if only it had an elevatory.....

Very happy with our stay at Hotel Lastarria. The Hotel/Apartment itself was immaculate and the location was great for dining and museums. Easy Uber everywhere from here. I have to mention the front desk staff. They were friendly and professional and helped with anything we inquired about, responding immediately. One heads up-rooms are fully set up with toaster, coffee maker & microwave but you must bring your own coffee, filters, paper towels etc. Not a problem just good to know. Great stay, Thank You!

The prop has a 24 hr desk and can best be reached by email because their front desk is not on what's app . Communication did get thru but ******* was the one that made the mistake posting in reserv details that it was open 10a-9p with no late check in. ******* and the hotel posts that there is a 24 hr desk and the hotel desk is open 24 hours and very helpful. The hotel arranged transport is reliable at 27000 clp but will cost you 35 percent more than Uber or taxi set rate 18000 clp . But be warned that uber is difficult as they do not have place to stop except in garage . The front desk staff and cleaning staff excellent/ adorable modern studio with microwave but no tea or coffee or sugar supplies. Convenient charming outdoor and dining and gelato Montana . Can walk to museums but Nacional museums closed due to strikes. Lots of concert venues within walking distance as well as the mercato 1 km. Can take subway easily to other places for under $1usd 610-730-810 clp

This was a wonderful property as a base for our five days in Santiago. The view from our large fourth floor balcony was superb giving us an incredible view of San Cristobal and the Andes beyond that. The staff were excellent with good English. There were some fantastic restaurants nearby as well as scattered convenience stores and close grocery stores for when we cooked in the apartment. Loved our stay and have no hesitation recommending this property.

VERY mixed reviews on staff! Housekeeping - impeccable, warm and very friendly. Front desk staff - I can’t even put into words the level of miscommunication and lack of professionalism that I experienced during my stay. I should have followed my instincts when communicating with them prior to my stay and cancelled the reservation but the manager assured me that things would be fine. They weren’t! While the property is conveniently located and well kept and clean, the lack of customer kindness from the front desk staff can sour your stay here.

我們一開始住在 61 號，有兩間臥室，但在 4 樓。參觀完瓦爾帕萊索後返回，住在 43 號的一間臥室裡，這是我更喜歡的。前台非常樂於助人。安排了去機場的交通，很容易找到有人把行李搬上樓下樓梯。

É um hotel moderno, bem clean, com quarto e banheiro espaçosos. A cama é muito confortável. A localização é muito boa, perto do metrô e vários pontos turísticos. Não gostamos do chuveiro pois não conseguimos regular na temperatura desejada e não há suporte para shampoo e sabonete (clean demais). Falta lixinho no quarto (clean demais) . Café da manhã na lanchonete do lado com pouca opção (apesar de suficiente para nós) e o horário de início do mesmo é bem tarde para um hotel que tem hóspedes que necessitam fazer passeios.
