The sewer smell was unbearable I couldn’t sleep the first night. Terrible. Pool extremely dirty no one used it. Owner very rude, fruit on breakfast old saggy. Dirty hidden kitchen. Mangu horrible. That place is very very bad.

El hotel está bien localizado en la zona colonial a pasos de las atracciones. Su personal muy atento, las habitaciones en buenas condiciones.

It is a nice property. The room was nice. It was clean and decent. I wasn't wowed by the place, but I do recommend it for short stays for its location and price

Our stay at casa sanschez was nice. The location is perfect and very close to everything in the colonial zone. The looks of the property are also nice and everything was clean. I do have to say that you can hear everything because you are in a neighborhood so if you're a light sleep I would suggest to bring earplugs. The staff was amazing and super friendly. My suggestion is to work on amenities in the room. Im a coffee lover so maybe a small machine would be awesome. Than again there is coffee available downstairs near the pool all day.

Sucio Puertas dañadas Toallas sucias Baño descuidado y sucio Cama sonaba Cama sucia Sábanas de mala calidad y viejas Paredes sucias y mal cuidadas El banco tiene un cojín que está manchado cómo de algún líquido.

Excellent service and information provided by the staff. Even though we got to breakfast too late on checkout they put together something for us, so generous. The common areas of the hotel are very welcoming and nice to hang out in. Our bed’s mattress collapsed when we got in to the room, but even though it was around 20h/8pm they sent us a carpenter who fixed it. Otherwise, I’d say the room was at the height of the price. Great location for discovering Zona Colonial which has been degrading lately so nice to stay at a place that is still in walking distance for everything. You’re more than done in four days.
