巴蒂精品酒店(Batey Hotel Boutique)

Had a reservation for 2, only to arrive and be told by the security guard I can't bring anyone with me to the room? What's the point of have a room for 2 if you can't plan to maybe meet someone and bring them back with you? Who I spend my vacation with is none of their business. If I pay for 2 people then that's what I expect. Didn't plan on having to pay last minute to go somewhere else in the night since they won't allow a guest to enter in a room booked for 2.

We only stayed for one night so didn't really get to enjoy the pool or hot tub. Easy check-in and out, room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast was good. The area could have been better as soon as you walk out of the hotel you got everyone on you to help with this or that when we just wanted to enjoy an evening at the beach without being bothered.

Stay at the Batey Hotel for one night stop while waiting for my next flights. The place was very nice and well maintained, clran and rooms where spacious and very comfortable. Staff is A+, very helpful and welcoming. I use their private transportation to the hotel to make my life easier.

I once stayed at this property for 5 weeks(3 years ago). Had a wonderful time! Unfortunately, I had a party of 6. We booked 3 rooms and was treated very rudely by the owners wife. She is going to run away business. The other employees told me this has happened before. She does this often with darker people of color. I pray for her.

Great customer service, the staff was really accommodating. Even though it was a short stay. The room was clean and neat. The location was also perfect, close to everything. Walkable distance to the beach and restaurants.

Kind staff, beach across the street, nice decoration, restaurant was great, rooms ok. Only be careful with this external "tourism operator" around the block

It is my third time at this Hotel, it is always great and always a pleasant staff and excellent service.

Very clean, the staff was very friendly, I would definitely visit again. I had no regrets me and my fiancee was very satisfied with the place.
