桑迪天堂度假酒店(Sandy's Paradise Resort)

Ho prenotato un soggiorno presso questa struttura tramite un voucher (benefit aziendale). All’atto della prenotazione avevo espressamente specificato che il viaggio coincideva con il mio compleanno e avevo espresso preferenza per una camera non al piano terra, possibilmente con vista. Nessuna delle preferenze è stata accontentata. Il giorno del mio compleanno non ho trovato né un biglietto di auguri, né una bottiglia (l’avrei anche pagata come extra, ma quasi tutti gli hotel si prodigano per coccolare i propri ospiti con un omaggio nel giorno della loro festa, il che l’ho trovato abbastanza deludente). La camera odorava di umido e quando ce ne siamo lamentati con il personale delle pulizie ci è stato risposto che le camere ai piani superiori erano meno economiche. Il bagno non era dotato di finestre e la doccia era aperta, il che rendeva impossibile mantenere il pavimento antistante asciutto dopo essersi lavati. Nota positiva: era provvista di climatizzatore e veniva pulita quotidianamente, con cambio asciugamani annesso. La colazione era parecchio scarsa: fette di pane, fette di prosciutto e formaggio, dei mini croissant non freschissimi, delle uova bollite, fettine di anguria e dei succhi non specificatamente identificabili. Buono tuttavia lo yogurt greco. L’area piscina era grande e ordinata. Se dovessi tornare a Santorini non sceglierei piú questa strutura.

Πήγαμε με τη σύζυγό μου για καφέ στην καφετέρια του συγκροτήματος. Ελλειπής επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά από το προσωπικό. Πολύ ακριβά Πανάκριβα. Ένας καφές και ένας χυμός στοίχισαν 20€. Για απόδειξη έπρεπε να ζητήσω ειδικά. Πολύ κρίμα διότι είναι πανέμορφο μέρος.

Мне очень понравилось провести выходные с семьей в этом отеле, все было отлично, отличное и быстрое обслуживание номеров, потрясающий вид из окна, приемлемые цены и вкусная еда, я обязательно скоро вернусь

Right let’s get this straight this hotel/resort is NOT 4 star,how it’s even being allowed to advertise as such is frankly ridiculous it’s a two star at best I mean it doesn’t even have a proper reception! Rooms are very basic and drab and unless you’re lucky and have a room in the right part of the hotel aren’t cleaned before 4 or 5pm which in all honesty is a bit of an inconvenience a couple of times we just politely told the cleaning couple not to worry,the times it was cleaned our linen wasn’t changed anyway. The pool area is ok at best and as some have mentioned the beds and cabanas are filthy,you don’t get pool towels supplied (again never known a 4 star not to) so we had to use our room towels,the bar prices can vary according to mood but she was changing 4€ for a can of coke/fanta daylight robbery imho. We didn’t try any of the food from the bar as we’d been warned by other guests not to as it was overpriced and not very good. When you “check in” the woman who owns the place tries to get you to buy a six pack of waters for 6€ which is another rip off as 200 meters away there’s a supermarket where the same costs 2€. Be warned she will also try and short change you whenever she can…”sorry I don’t have x y z euros change” The breakfast quite frankly is a joke and that’s being kind, you’re better off having a 10min walk into Perissa to the 24hr bakery and having a fresh pastry and cappuccino so much better. I’ve seen some reviews saying the location is good hmmmm not to sure about that,be aware the area around it is a bit of a fly tipping paradise so be prepared to walk past loads of dumped rubbish on your way into town. Needless to say I wouldn’t ever go there again nor would I recommend anyone else to either.

Hospitality at Its BestMy stay at Sandys Paradise Infinity Resort was exemplary of how hospitality should be. Not only is the resort impeccably clean, but the infinity pool is a dream come true. The staff, with their unwavering friendliness and attention to detail, made my experience exceptionally special. This resort is a testament to luxury and comfort combined.

Ok - I always like to be open and honest with my reviews. On arrival we did hear some negative views, however overall we have been really happy with the accommodation. We didn’t spend time around the pool as the Sun loungers were filthy with stains and the cabanas had old dirty sheets and pillow cases, but the pool area is stunning! It just needs some work doing to it! The breakfast is ok however the juice is watered down and awful - this needs to be resolved. For the price we paid, you really can’t complain! The staff have all seemed friendly (those we have seen). Our room is a great size and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay! There are a few broken things such as light fittings and plug sockets and the showers go a little cold later in the evening. Our overall experience has been great but we have chosen to spend time visiting areas across the island. The beds are super comfortable, the air-con has been a treat, and the location is fantastic.

Very basic accommodation. No kettle, mugs or glasses. Towels were very exfoliating shall I say but were changed daily. Bar was a complete rip off & do not book excursions from Kiki behind the bar, she takes €50 & you give another €100 to the guide. I paid £86 for the same excursion (catamaran sunset cruise) online through a company called GetYourGuide. Lovely beaches & great places to eat in Perissa.

Great place to relax. Good prices at the pool bar. There is also a booked suite with hydromassage and great pool area. I highly recommend this room great room good prices and top notch service. Thank you for this service!

We had a great birthday here! ) I usually celebrate holidays in different cafes, but this time I wanted something more relaxed, or something. In the end, I decided what to think and called, booked. It's nice to talk to the staff: they explained to me in detail how to get there, the internal rules, and congratulated me on the holiday. Little things, but nice.
